I guess the bar is pretty low for service stations. I called to make an appointment, which was hassle-​free and for the next day. The experience was pretty painless. The cost was… not cheap, I guess typical (typically high but not really unexpected).
The waiting area is clean. Wifi is good. Personally I would have preferred they turn down the sound on the TV, or better yet, turn off the TV altogether.
They made sensible recommendations and I plan on returning for maintenance soon.

Nail in tire is not the way i wanted to start my day. But this Firestone was able to take me in quickly with the tire in stock. So after a quick replacement I was on my way to work. Thank you guys for such great service.

I’ve been here three times to get a flat tire fixed. Each time the person who helped was great. I had not purchased the tires there and the first two times they gladly patched me up and sent me on my way – I anticipated a sales pitch. Nope – what a relief. The 3rd time I stopped by two hours before closing with a huge nail my tire that wasn’t fixable. My treads were already low so I decided to change all 4 tires. They were already busy, but the staff stayed past closing to get my tires on, including balance and alignment. Each person I’ve dealt with we’re all fast and professional. I would gladly recommend this location.
