After coming here for nearly 3 – 4 years, I am done with them! I stayed that long only because my dental hygienist was awesome. But, I was told she left to a different dental office in Coppell due to differences with Dr. Cathy-Earl.(Hmm i wonder why.) I continued to go for cleaning twice after that and getting a filler from Dr. Cathy. Big mistake. First of all, Dr. Cathy is not genuine. She looks and acts like she’s too good to be doing her job. She wears clothes that makes you wonder if she is at her work place as a dentist or an outting with the snobs. She talks to her dental hygienist in condescending manner so you feel very uncomfortable propped up on your chair. The filling that I got done(which, isn’t that procedure like walk in the park for them?) I had to come in twice to make my sensitivity go away. And let me tell you I could feel the irritation and pretentious-ness exude from her body as she had to «work» on her patient. Next but not least, the front desk ladies. They are short, snappy or flat out cold-rude. You feel their negative energy right away so you never want to even ask how their day is going. Ofcourse they never ask. Today I decided it was long enough that our family has given the business to them so I went by to transfer us out.(They said i had to come into the office to sign a form) As soon as I said to the girl, I’d like to transfer out she asks, moving? I said no and she goes then why?(I was like are you kidding me?) and it just baffled me because she asked all this in such irritated annoyed manner! I just told her because we’re going to look for different office. She gave me a form to fill out and when I handed to her she pretended she was doing something on her computer. The girl sitting next to her took the form and asked her does she have to do anything else? She said no and all this is happening right in front of me. Then she takes the form and looks over it. I said is that all? She replies, that’s all. Like seriously? Where is the customer service in that? I just wanted to strangle her right then & there! I am SO done with them!

Our Family LOVES Dr. Caffey Earle! We have been patients of hers for years! The office is up to date, clean, and the staff is friendly. I feel like she explains all needed treatment and has given me options when options are available. The office has always billed my insurance and they are usually dead on when they estimate what the insurance will pay. Rarely have I had to wait. It does happen but the staff has always explained the situation to me. I am thankful she and her staff do not rush to finish a patient that is taking longer than expected. Taking time with her patients is one of the things I love about her office. Recently my son had to have his first filling. He is 4 years old and Dr. Christy was amazing with him. I was so thankful she made what can be so scary for kids such a good experience!!! I forgot to mention that my family actually comes from out of state now! We can not find a doctor her caliber where we live now! I’d say you will be hard pressed to find an office as awesome as this one!!!

My family and I have been going to Caffey-Earle every since they opened their doors. In the last 6 months, the customer service has been appalling. I received a bill for $ 25 for a «missed visit» for one of my children. I, nor my husband, made the appointment. My husband and I both called and spoke to the billing department. They had a MAJOR attitude, and did not care that we did not make the appointment. They also could not tell us who made the appointment. Every question we had was answered with an «I don’t know.» The fact that we had four members of our family that have been patients forever, and the fact that we had never cancelled nor been late to an appointment didn’t matter. The $ 25 was owed… and not only that, was a threat to send it to a bill collector was added to it. I do not mind paying $ 25 when I owe it, however, no one made the appointment. When my husband went into the office to pay the fee and terminate our relationship them, he was told that both kids had appointments this month. WOW! We never made those appointments. Apparently, they automatically set up your childrens dental cleaning appointments without your knowledge. They call to advise you of the appointment on your telephone, and when they receive no response, they charge you for the missed appointment. My husband and I have never scheduled our kid’s appointments during school or our work hours. We always need later appointments. BEWAREOFTHISDENTIST. Unfortunately, a good dentist lost four patients today over a $ 25 descrepancy… UNREAL.
