This place tries to emulate the indoor party place theme that Pump It Up and others offer. We had a horrible experience here, though. The place was very understaffed. The staff who were there were all teenagers and relatively clueless. They failed to give out goodies bags and balloons to the birthday kids. There were also several unsupervised kids in the game area who would swoop in and take over our games once we placed our tokens in. I never got a chance to even play an uninterrupted game of Skee-Ball with my kids without one of these kids running in and stealing our balls. Also, the items you can exchange your reward tickets were cheap, flimsy, and otherwise worthless. Would not return here again. There are better options like Going Bonkers and Pump It Up that I would recommend over this place.

Went to a birthday party for 4 – 5 year olds. Great facility, new equipment and clean. They stamp your child and your arm so you can only exit with matching numbers. The place is very large with plenty of options for the kids to stay happy. The kids had a blast and there were comfortable areas for adults too. Food and drinks are available as well. Overall a great experience.

I’m a fan of the indoor party places for kids. We’ve seen several come and go in this area so we were excited to have a new one in town. Just walking in and looking around, I started with 5 stars. The place is immaculate, well it is brand new. But also, with so many ginormous inflatables in one big room, it wasn’t loud and I have been to many a place that would bust your eardrums upon entering. They must have good acoustics or all the fans from the inflatables drowned out the screaming. Either way it was a plus for me. This facility offered a parent area with a flat screen tv and free wi-fi as well as 2 computers if you didn’t bring your own. This was placed near the front near the toddler area which I also thought was a nice touch. Plastic play things as well as tiny little inflatables reserved for the tots. I wondered if my 7 ½ year old would still be cool with the bounce houses, but I didn’t see her unless she stopped by for a drink of water. And the bounce houses were cool as well, many I had never seen before. …and then I had to pay. I don’t know if I’m just a cheap mom, but $ 9 a kid to get in seems a little pricey. Then you aren’t allowed to bring in your own food so be prepared to pay $ 15 for a cheese pizza with 8 slices(upside is that it is Papa John’s)or just don’t go at lunch time. They had other snacks as well but we were ok with the pizza. They also have the games in the back that take tokens and spit out tickets. They get you with 2FREE tokens with your admission so you have to use those and then spend more or you won’t have enough tickets to get a prize. I took 3 kids and paid $ 48 for an hour and a half of fun and I think they would have stayed longer but selfishly that’s about all the time I could give them. I guess that is similar to taking them to the movies, but still. The kids had a total blast and I’ll probably go back but will look for coupons — — - they do have 2 for 1 on Tuesdays… Maybe I just need to get over myself on the price of things, but I worry that this place will be the next one shutting down because of the cost.
