1st Choice Residential and Termite Inspections

Gary Bryant has done work for me on two occasions and has been thorough, reasonable and helpful both times. The first time, he did some inspections for repairs that a townhouse community we lived in needed. He came to our board of directors meeting and walked us through all of the details of the issues he found. The education that he gave us about the problems helped immensely as we interviewed contractors to complete the repairs.
Several years later, as we were purchasing a new home, we hired Gary to be our home inspector. His price was significantly less than that of another inspector we called, and he spent three hours completing the inspection and then two hours talking to us about his findings. When I asked, he also gave us referrals to excellent contractors who could complete the repairs he suggested.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Gary with 1^st Choice Resident and Termite Inspections in the future, and I would gladly recommend his services to anyone looking for an excellent inspector.
