I stopped by this afternoon to buy a pair of tires and tubes for a classic Schwinn Stingray Jr. I found three people working there when I arrived: one helping a customer with his bike, one on the phone presumably ording parts and one typing away on a computer. All three were up front near the door. I stood and waited for about 5 minutes for someone to ask what I needed but none would stop what they were doing for the 10 seconds doing so would have taken. I finally gave up and walked around the shop to find what I needed myself. After being unable to locate what I needed I tried the front counter again. All were still busy doing what they were doing before and I had to wait a few more minutes before the man on the phone finished up that particular business and was able to answer a quick question that only took seconds. I’m not irritated that they didn’t have what I needed, but taking so long to get to me is just BAD Customer Service.

I bought a 2014 Specialized Hardrock Disc. 29 earlier this month. I traded in a his & her pair of Hardrock’s my ex-​wife and I owned on a new one for me.
This Disc 29 is great! Specialized makes some outstanding bikes. They are well built, safe and very light.

In my search for my first real road bike I stopped in here at Trailblazers. I have been in here multiple times before but never in any serious fashion. Mainly to look at things I would not be able to afford.
This time I had a budget that was pretty good and I was hoping that they could deliver.
I was greeted by a younger employee that helped me and showed me what they had in stock and was very helpful. He said that they are switching over to the 2012 models and that they didn’t have allot of road bikes in stock at the time.
I did ride one of the better ones that they had in stock and like it but the componentry left me wanting something better.
They said that they could order anything I wanted but without being able to ride it first I shyed away from this idea.
I talked to the 2 younger guys that worked there for a while picking their brain about what I should be looking for and told them the specs on the bike I was looking at somewhere else. They were really helpful and despite the fact that they may not get a sale out of me they really took the time to explain what I really should be watching for in any bike.
I was thoroughly impressed with the demeanor and friendliness they showed me. It was cool how they really showed intrest in what I wanted to do with the bike and were almost getting excited for me in getting a new bike.
They so have a small location here but it is fully stocked with lots of really nice gear.
