store in clean and we’ll kept. food section is what you would find at most of the Schnucks stores. Staff is helpful and friendly. I like shopping here because the lines are never to long and the produce is fresh.

Shopped and found clean store, friendly cashiers and quality products. However I was going to check out through the self check and the attendant said very rudely it’s closed. It was less than a minute till the opening of us can. The the check lanes had 3 to 4 people in line with 2 checklanes open. I will probably not shop here again.

This place is a real throw back style grocery store. Great deals and pretty clean. Have stopped in while on the road several times and I have made it in and out in a timely manner. Nothing fancy, just simple and easy.

So this is not the fanciest of the Schnuck’s chain, but it is the best grocery in the North County/​Florissant area.
There is a much better (and fresher) selection of produce here than at the other grocery chains in this area. The salad bar is also well-​kept.
The deli doesn’t carry Boar’s Head meats or cheeses, which I don’t understand (though what they do have is satisfactory). There’s no coffee stand or free wifi and, for whatever reason, they pipe in 50’s Doo-​Wop and early 60’s pop/​rock over the speakers all the time (except this one Sunday morning a month or so ago when I swear I heard the Eagles!).
The checkers are friendly and there are enough of them on duty most of the time, so wait times are minimal. The Customer Service desk offers everything you’d expect. The store is clean and well-​lit.
If you want a better overall grocery experience, I highly suggest taking 270 South to Manchester and hanging a left. The 15 – 20 minute drive is worth it. You will wonder why this Schnuck’s isn’t as great as that one.
