Pizza Hut

Saturday afternoon, and had to wait almost 30 minutes for 8 wings. They were very busy. Customer service was fair. Garlic parmesan wings were very good. My concern was the conditions of the waiting area, since I had plenty of time to observe. The floor seemed clean. But the ceiling is in desperate need of painting, the dust from the vents covered nearly the complete ceiling and upper walls. Just causes me to wonder about the kitchen conditions. Not sure if I will be back anytime soon.

This Pizza Hut is terrible and have the worst customer service ever. We ordered a big dinner box from them. I received the wrong chicken wings, the bread sticks were disgusting, and the pizza had very little toppings. After receiving our delivery, we noticed the errors and immediately contacted the store. The kids had already started to eat the pizza because they were starving and didn’t want to wait an hour for another delivery. So we requested a refund or credit. We explained the issue. They placed us on hold for several minutes then came back to the phone and hung it up. We then called back and before we could get three words out the young lady stated that they will credit our account. Today, I attempted to use that credit and after speaking to three different people, I was informed that I was only credited for the wings. I explained for the third time that the wings were not the only thing wrong and that’s not what I was told. The «store manager» was unconcerned and said there’s nothing he can do. We’ve ordered from different pizza huts several times and have never experienced such a lack professionalism. We will certainly never be ordering from here again.

This is the worse Pizza Hut in north county! Poor & rude customer service. Waited over 2 hours for a delivery, come to find the person who took my order (& charged my card) did not key my order in their system! Smh. Avoid this so called establishment. Plenty of other professional pizza restaurants!
