Worst McDonald’s ever! I’ve always had issues here, but my last visit will be my last visit. I ordered two items in the drive thru. One car ahead of me. That car sat at the second window for eight minutes. I pulled up and the cashier asked me what I ordered. Really? Only one other customer and you can’t tell me what I ordered? I politely asked for a refund. It took the manager five minutes to come to the window with my money. I watched her the entire time. She seemingly had trouble with simple arithmetic and then had the gonads to get an attitude with me for wanting a refund.

I pulled up to the far drive through window and watched four cars who arrived after I did have their orders taken before mine. Got frustrated and went to Culvers down the street.

I ordered the big breakfast I had a coupon that made the price to $ 2.99. It didn’t come with a drink but the service was friendly and the food was hot compared to other fast food restaurants and it was fast. Unfortunately I did not receive my hash brown they did give me two butters and one hot soup packet I guess I can use it for my biscuit. I guess when you use a coupon you can expect not to get everything that other people would get if they pay full price. I would really have liked to receive my hash brown.

This location has good service in the morning, but they fall to pieces in the evening. I gotta say, I’m just so sick of McDonald’s, especially this one. the new Culver’s down the street is killing this place and rightfully so. I came here tonight cause my kid wanted something fast. Since I only had twelve dollars in cash, we were limited to what we could get. So what we got cost 11.22. I handed the girl a 5 and 7 ones. She took it and then asked me how much I gave her. She did not bother to count it. Or perhaps she couldn’t count. I gotta tell you, this kind of thing annoys the heck out of me. Most would see it as minor. But when someone, specifically workers at fast food places like McDonald’s has the nerve to expect $ 15.00 an hour they better darn well get off their lazy butts and learn how to frigging count. Good bye. And good riddance to this location.

So freakin slow. Stopped here for an iced coffee and a hashbrown at 5:30 am and it took me 10 minutes in the drive thru to get my order. If they’re that slow that early I’d hate to see how they are at the lunch rush.

I am writing this review to remind myself why I shouldn’t come back. The problem is that this location is so close to my house and after a few months I start asking myself, «are they really as bad as I remember?» And then I go there and yes, yes they are that bad. The whole process here from start to finish is frustrating. Your visit starts with a crazy sharp turn into a poorly maintained shopping center parking lot. You are then greeted with a ridiculously long drive thru line. While waiting patiently, someone from behind you or someone turning in from Patterson will skip the line and jump in the line for the right ordering station, even though everyone is waiting line for the first available. If you make it past this point without leaving mad, you will experience customers who don’t know how to merge back to a single line. You will then encounter very slow staff and your order most likely be ready. You’ll then sit in a parking spot for someone to bring your order out. I understand that all restaurants have busy times and poor experiences, but this is the norm here. Bottom line: poorly designed drive thru, bad location, horrible customers and ill prepared staff. Good enough reason not to come back? Don’t go back, Nick. Seriously, don’t do it.

I really enjoy being cut off in the drive through line every single time I go here, no really, it’s an awesome set up they have. Go check it out! You’ll get to wait ten minutes behind other cars and then have the joy of some jerk coming in the side entrence and straight into the drive through line ahead of you. Yea McDonalds!!! Yea Fat People!!!

This McDonald’s Opened a little Less than 2 years ago and has been great ever sense. I remember that when they first opened my wife and I ordered and I didn’t even slide my card through the card reader on the counter and everything was on the tray for my order. Ever since it has become a little relax on service, but that is expected with a fast food restaurant. Food is good and what is expected with any McDonald’s. I would say it is still better than the location down the road in both directions on Lindbergh. The dinning area is always clean and the new interiors they are putting in new McDonald’s are very nice and functional.
