I like this Marshall’s. You have to do some digging, but you can find some good clothing at inexpensive prices. However, the service I experienced on Saturday was just plain awful. I stood in the return line for over 10 minutes without anyone helping us. The person processing returns went on break, and no one was there to take their place. The management acted like this was completely normal not to service customers at all. I don’t understand why another person was not stationed at the return counter to process returns until the other employee finished their break. I’m not sure why the other registers could not process returns either. It was extremely poor customer service and it made me not want to return to this Marshall’s ever.

Not a very large selection at all. Definately prefer the one in the Mills if you have to go to a Marshall’s.
