First, call it in.
Second, pay & pick.
Third, walk out happy with classic pizza in hand.
I order the same thing no matter which Imo’s I grace; small veggie no olives. This location nailed the order in traditional Imo’s fashion. I adore the thin «cracker-​like» crust, delicious provolone cheese, succulent vegetables and superb red sauce. Sure the joint is the size of a large closet but the customer service was fast, friendly & efficient. I’ll take it!
Nope, no tables & chairs for dining in, not even a public restroom for me to photograph (cost them a star) but the pizza was perfection.

When we moved here we were told that imo’s was the best. HA! Provel cheese is disgusting. Smelled like vomit in a box. Their crust is a soda cracker or some unleavened bread found in an abandoned church. AVOID AVOID AVOID if you like real pizza. How they’ve built a chain of these is beyond me. A tombstone pizza is 1000% better.

I ordered delivery from this location and was not impressed. The guy that took my order seemed less than thrilled to be at work and had a lack of people skills. He didn’t even tell me my total or how long it would take to be delivered, just said «we will get it to you soon.» Food arrived in about thirty minutes which was good. Pizzas seemed skimpy on the toppings and were warm but not hot and the crust was more soggy than crisp. Delivery driver was pleasant though.

I don’t know why others had such bad experiences here… I order carry out here probably 2 times a month and never have any problems. I always order 20 piece wings and for $ 12.92 is quite a deal! They are cooked fresh and have the right wing to sauce ratio. Add a deluxe salad and you’ve got enough food for a couple meals! I’ve tried other imos in the area for wings and this location has the BEST.

This location has good pizza but terrible customer service. Went to get a pizza last night, one of the employees is cursing dropping F bombs a more. Once it was brought to his attention that he had a customer he said I know i do and continued to use inapproiate language on the with the an employee.
I called today to speak with a manager Steve– he just said he would speak to him. Nothing else. Terrible customer service. It’s apparent that this store doesn’t care about their customers and running a professional business. If that were my company I’d be fired and the customer would be accomadated.
