Not only do I go to Tina but my children, my friends and their children go to her for hair cuts and highlights
She’s always professional and pleasant
I notice that she takes her time and speaks so pleasantly to her clients. Much better atmosphere then the one in Chatham and I believe Tina’s the reason for that.

I went to Supercuts today to purchase Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Special Shampoo. The inside of the salon actually looks really nice and professional, but one of the employees was the exact opposite.
After not fully reading the promotional details on the shelving, one of the stylists made a condescending remark about how I should «use my reading skills» while other customers were listening on. She made me feel very uncomfortable in the salon.
As a result of her unprofessional behavior, I decided to leave the store and try to find the shampoo elsewhere. By the way, another prospective customer who I know from town witnessed the conduct of the Supercuts employee and was quite disappointed by her bullying.
Hopefully, the management team addresses the conduct of this employee. This happened on 9÷10÷2015 around 2:00pm.

I went there this past Saturday, Jan 17th for a men’s haircut haircut… (What could go wrong) I Needed one badly and was able to just walk in, wait 10 minutes and got it done! But when I got home and ready to go out my hair was all different lengths. Left side front was longer then the left back and vice versa on the other side and the girl even missed spots on the sides with the buzzer… I tried to go back the next day they never opened due to icy conditions, then went back again on Monday and they had a 2 hour delayed opening and finally I walked in and the manager was too busy to talk to me so I asked a girl to take a look! She offered to fix it for me at no charge… I tipped her $ 5 for helping me out… even though I got it fixed I would never go back. My chair on the first visit was covered in someone else’s hair, counter I was sitting at covered in hair and hair covered equipment etc. (that should have been my sign to leave but I didn’t.

Never, ever going back. I had a trim on my layers less than an inch – and sure, the other girl did that, only its blunt, choppy, and uneven. I didn’t completely see the cut while i was there bc i figured, how can a stylist mess up a simple trim? I was wrong. I got home and was horrified.
ADDITIONALLY while i was making conversation, she admitted to doing highlights on customers without knowing what she was doing exactly, and that she would «hope for the best»…what!!! (Don’t worry, she said she’s taken classes since then so she knows now — comforting.)
Lastly, i know its only $ 15 BUT STILL, at this point ALL i want is a refund, go elsewhere to fix, and forget about it. I called back and Jenny helped out with that and was super apologetic. Just for her being so empathic and cool about it, I’m not so upset anymore. This sucks for anyone else there who does good work bc of the girl I had.

Tina the manager is very good we’ve been going to her since she opened the new store in Florham Park. Her staff is also very nice and her place always clean and always bright. Sometimes you have to wait but they have an app that you can schedule your appointment online too

I been a SuperCuts customer for years. I like their friendly quick service and that you get the same equipment that they use for cutting your hair. They also have an app now where you can use it to schedule appointments and show up without having to wait, its a great new add to their already great service and pricing.
$ 14 gets you a standard haircut, also if you signup for their alerts via text they will send you a $ 2 coupon you can use. This location is great, I was taken in and out all under 45 minutes. My haircut was nice and fresh as usual.
The waiting area is full of magazines if you like.
