It had been years since I last played this course. This course is a great place to dial in your irons since it has a in of short par 3’s with tricky greens. The par 4’s are also short with fairway bunkers and bunkers guarding the greens. Pace of play was good for a Sunday and the course is always in great shape. If you can hit your driver straight you can eat this course alive. Our round took 4 hours and this small course was definitely a challenge. As a non county resident I ended up spending $ 52 including a cart. BTW — the par 3 with the island green on the back nine was really cool for a muni.

It’s only a par 66 with one par 5 on each side, but this course is no pushover. Lots of water to be negotiated. The course is kept in better shape than some private courses with fancier names. Most days you can be off the course in 4+ hours. What a pleasure. Staff is super friendly.
