Today I visited Store#:11841 Address: 176 Columbia TPKE Florham Park, NJ7932 I ordered(2) McChicken sandwiches with cheese, a mango smoothy and a small fry. This is a pretty easy order to get and bag…(so I’m thinking)… Needless to say… I pay with my card and the card was given back and I drive to the 2nd window to pick up my order… this is where things get completely out of hand. The fella who is giving the order at the window clearly says, «Did you have the fish fillet order»… I tell him, «No» and told him what my order was,(making this the 2nd time placing my order in), he says that will be 3.54 and you have a 5.00 balance. So intelligently thinking my card must have had a little bit of money on it, and its no problem I paid the balance in cash $ 5.00. Here where it gets interesting, a manger with a heavy Russian accent jumps in and I explained what just happened. She goes to the fella taking the order and the money and comes back with a full of crap excuse that the card transaction was delayed and that’s why it was only said I have that amt and why I have a balance. Quite frankly I didn’t need to know that… Already you can see they are allon different pages and completely unorganized, just run an orderly shift…(she is a manager) wearing a managers uniform. So I get my order and start my way back to my office. I get all the way back to work … I open up my lunch bag to find my small fries missing… So once again I call the number on the receipt and get a manager or someone who claims she is a manager(Jenny) … I explain the situation to Jenny and she told me to come in Sunday 6÷11÷16 to refund my money since I had such a problem and to ask for her. I get a phone call from the manager that addressed me at the window, and what a joke really… She reads back the call message I left regarding my issue and it was 100% wrong I never said I was over charged or anything like it. I had to once again get it into perspective for her, what the issue was and what Jenny and I discussed. The manager got combative with me and started to argue on the phone… at this point in time I needed to professionally put this person into place and not only have to put her into place, but advise that her job is not a hard job at all… Mc Donald’s is a very easy job if you paid an ounce of attention, its not hard to listen read and bag the items ordered… its really as simple as that, not the case with this location… not the case with the managers either. The managers are not on the same page nor they are aware that mistakes or adherence to the front line orders and money transactions are being addressed in the proper fashion. The manager with the Russian accent seems to know how to get combative and loud than resolve an issue as minor that this. I say this, instead of these knuckleheads demanding 15.00 an hour… I hope to GOD they automate everything that way there is no mistake only but yours when information is entered in to get the order done efficiently. Get Rid of the workers and replace them with automation… I bet this review board will show more positive blogs… The nerve to ask for 15.00 to get it wrong anyways and the managers have their heads shoved so far up their butts its shameful.

This McD’s had soft, smooth, and delicious soft serve ice cream and McFlurries. My only complaint is that my Oreos were not well mixed in and the second half of my McFlurry had no Oreos.

I have now gone to this McD location more than a dozen times for breakfast over the last few months and I have to say they are far and away my favorite location in the region. The crew is consistently friendly and courteous, the service is fast, and the food is always quality.

McCafe machine never works. Ive been there 4 times since December, & each time the machine is down. I’ve had to walk out & go to Dunkin Donuts instead which is in the same strip mall. Fix the McCafe machine!

This location is one of the better McDonalds in the area. Good staff, quick service a few grumpy old men in the morning who judge everyone who comes in and do seems to take over the dinning room, but I think most locations have that issue. This is a good McDonald’s 4 stars for being a better McDonald’s then usual not because it’s a four star restaurant.

This mcDonalds is the absolute worst McDonlads I have ever been to. From the awful surly service to the invariable messed up orders and the seemingly always grimey look. it is just a terrible experience. I thought I would try the drive thru service hoping for an improvement. Wrong again! They couild not even managwe to run that service well. you wait and wait for some idiot to come through the out dated intercom like device and then they tell you to hold on! I ordered the usually delicious egg white McMuffin. Well, the egg white was there, but no ham?!? These people seem like they do not care. a dreadful place! avoid at all costs!

Quick, friendly service, and whenever they forget anything, they write your name down and you get a free one the next time! Pretty clean, and they Walking in at lunch is often faster than drive-thru, and no playground here for the kids. Also lets you get your own sweet ice tea, which is nice because you can mix the sweetened & unsweetened to your taste.

What can you say about a McDonald’s. They’re pretty much all the same. I have just a few observations about this location. If you go to the restaurant after 9PM, use the drive-thru. If you go inside you’ll find that priority is given to the drive-thru and you’ll wait a long time. For some reason items that are on the dollar menu at other restaurants such as a double-cheeseburger or 2 hash-browns aren’t discounted at this restaurant. I guess that’s the right of the franchise owner.
