I would say the best Chinese place in town and there really isn’t much to expect or choose from in this area.

They are fortunate to be the only chinese food in town. No delivery, they don’t take credit cards. The place has the standard photos of chinese platters on display. There are three tables available to sit and eat, but otherwise the large space is empty and unused. A very small amount of traffic came and went while I waited
The food, for the most part, is bland. The chinese standards of General Tso’s, dumplings, wonton soup, fried rice, are all bland. The only thing flavorable was the hot n sour soup.
I would eat here only if I’m not in the mood to drive out of town for better food. Otherwise I’d look elsewhere.
