Lived there for 3 years. Lived on 3rd floor. My roof leaked for over a year. No one fixed. Water damage was far worse by the time I demanded they fix it. Elaine in the office was extremely unprofessional and yelled at me in the hallway to where neighbors could hear because I simply wanted my leak fixed and was afraid I was going to get blamed for it somehow as far as not reporting it not to mention mold was developing that I had to spray bleach on to kill weekly. Was embarrassing when friends came over. When I moved out, Elaine came to inspect the apt along w maintenance man after lease was up. She was flirting w him in front of me and cracking sexual inuendos w him referring to how well I had cleaned the shower and all the things they could do in it. Awkward to say the least.

I don’t have much experience with apartment complexes since this is the only one i’ve ever lived in, but after spending 2 ½ years there I think it’s worth a review. I decided to pick this apartment complex over others because it was the biggest, cheapest apartment I could find that allowed dogs. They allow big dogs also, except for a few breeds. Also this is walking distance to the Florence Nature Park, which is a good place to walk dogs. The managers are very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like about them is that as my friends rent was going down for being in their apartments so long, mine kept going up. All three times I renewed my lease(some shorter than a year because I was looking for a house) my rent went up. I would have been fine if it stayed the same, but it didn’t. I’d hate to see what my rent would look like now if I were still there.
