They sold my beautiful beaded top that was a one of a kind item to Snooty Fox. Every time I went in to have something done, they were extremely slow and didn’t do it correctly so I would have to come back again. Beyond upset with this place. Do not take any clothing here that you care about or want to see again. I am just speechless…

BEWARE. Was quoted $ 40 – 45 to have a dress slightly altered. She ended up charging $ 90! I would not have had the work done for $ 90. Very shady in my opinion.

I used to take all of my new slacks to Rip N Stitch to be hemmed, but I must say that I was never very impressed with their service, which is why I switched to Fix 2 Fit in Union, KY. Even simple alterations sometimes took over two weeks, which is a bit ridiculous.
They charged $ 10 to hem unlined slacks, but Fix 2 Fit only charges $ 8 – a difference that adds up considering that I can’t ever wear off the rack clothes. Also, I was never particularly impressed by the customer service – not rude, just not friendly.
I was pretty satisfied with the quality of the sewing, but given their prices and turn-​around time I’m happy I found somewhere else to take my garments for tailoring.
