Love this place! We frequent phở Lang thang at Findlay and this place is a great alternative when we can’t get into town. Spring rolls and phở beef are our staples. Friendly staff. Quality food.

I’ll come to the Florence Mall just to saddle up to the side seating bar and have a bowl of phở. So fresh and tons of flavor. I like the chicken and the meatball. Get some extra fresh veggies and add some sriracha sauce and you are in Vietnamese soup heaven! Shrimp rolls are super yummy too!

I have never written a review of anything before, but was compelled to, I tried phở licious over a year ago, while at the mall with my son. I was hooked immediately, I got the large beef, and it was awesome, great flavor, very fresh, I have been back almost weekly, love it.

I absolutely love the opportunity to eat Phở and Boba… at the mall food court none the less! I would love it is they opened an actual sit down restaurant somewhere!

Not bad. I came here cause I was going to be in the Florence area and everyone has given it a good review. So decided to be different and try it out. Pretty good stuff, never had Vietnamese food before so it was worth trying. Didn’t see the friendly part that some of the reviewers mentioned, but they got my order together quick and it tasted good, so that’s really what counts. Thanks !

Introduced my bae to his first Phở at Pholicious on Tuesday. Got two small bowls of beef noodle soup, a couple of spring rolls(peanuts pre-mixed into the dipping sauce) and a coffee and Thai tea iced boba drinks. This food court restaurant has a counter with three padded seats and counter service for water refills. Recommend.

My boyfriend and I were in the mood for Phở so I decided to do a quick Unilocal search. Our usual go-to, Phở Lang Thang was closed and I wasn’t in the mood for Cilantro, I wanted to try something new so enter Pholicious. I saw the reviews and pictures and figured I should give it a go. The location isn’t somewhere you’d expect, it’s in the food court of the Florence Mall. The menu was different than most places I’d been to, they offered everything from a seafood phở to my usual rare beef phở. After ordering my usual rare beef phở(no onions) in a large size and a mint green tea bubble tea, my boyfriend and I sat in a booth and waited. After a few minutes, my boyfriend brought over our food(which smelled delicious). First off, let me say that this is the first place I’ve been to that takes my ‘no onions’ request seriously. There were no onions anywhere to be found. I put on my usual toppings of bean sprouts, lime juice, basil and some sriracha and took my first bite. I was in love! The broth here is comparable to Phở Lang Thang’s, it doesn’t have a sweet aftertaste like some phở broths tend to have and is very flavorful. Overall I was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend the phở here. My bubble tea wasn’t bad either!

Wow! That was fun — finding Phở in a mall. In Florence, KY no less. It was super yummy! So yummy that you really don’t need to add any sauces — the broth was fantastic already. I really wish there was a Pholicious near me because I would eat there. A lot. Also they have bubble tea two ways — either as a smoothie or over ice. I ordered the Vietnamese coffee over ice and it was super sweet and yummy. I wanted to get an avacado to go but I was totally stuffed. I ordered a regular size phở and it was plenty for me. The food court has it’s own entrance on the back right side of the building. Do not follow Unilocal directions, someone put them in there while they were driving I think. Just go to the mall food court and you will be set!

Don’t let the fact that this place is located in a mall food court fool you. This place could easily be a success at Findlay Market or on Vine street in OTR. The phở is outstanding and authentic & the portions are generous. Want phở in NKY? Go here!

This is one of my favorite places to eat in northern Kentucky. If I’m buying something inside the mall I am stopping by this Vietnamese food place. My favorite is the fresh, still red thin cut beef that in put into the beef broth to cook right in front of you. They give you a little thing of soy sauce with sriracha sauce to put into your soup for an extra kick. They have different things to choice from.(chicken, meatball, seafood, shrimp and veggie) They also serve spring rolls with a peanut sauce which is great as well. And to top it all off, they serve smoothies with bubbles. The ice coffee is a must get if you a coffee drinker. The owner himself is always seen talking to his customer and making sure everything is okay. Easy 5 star.

I was in Florence mall doing my work. Then when the time for lunch, i was looking around… So so chinese food, sandwiches, pizzas, chillis or phở… Why not. Something different from the typical mall’s food. Went and order large beef phở with extra beef balls… Plus ice coffee.(If you never try vietnamese ice coffee you should) They serve you in a large bowl with the condiment, plastic soup bowls, chopstick and stainless steel fork.(very uncommon in the food court) Soup is good, added the hoisin saice and siracha… Added the lime, bean sprouts and jalapenos. Good food, warms up the body during winter time.

My last review couple years ago, was a 5 star, guess what? It’s still a 5 star + The Phở soups is still awesome. I was addicted to the beef Phở, now I’m addicted to the chicken Phở/chicken noodle soup. The chicken is so tender and the broth continues to taste GREAT!!!, especially when I have a stomach ache, I run down to Pholicious to cure my aches and pains. I also met the owners, they are great people with great hospitality. I would highly recommend the Vietnamese tea drinks, especially the Thai tea with the Boba and the jello pieces in the drink, it taste GREAT!!! Overall again I would highly recommend Pholicious to everyone:-)

Pholicious is a great addition to the food fare at the Florence Mall. It is a refreshing change from all the usual food chain establishments that you see from mall to mall. We’ve had their spring rolls and some of their Phở dishes which are good but I would say a bit«toned-down» to appeal to the American taste. Their food is usually fresh and definitely healthier that the other mall foods. I love their bubble tea smoothies. They come in a variety of flavors that are quite different from the usual American-type food seen in the malls. Again, a nice change for someone looking for a different gustatory experience. I would give them 3.5 stars for the food and 4 stars for bubble tea thus my 4 star rating.

The Honeydew bubble smoothie was delicious! ^.^ However, I ordered spring rolls, and was concerned because they just handed them to me from the display… which was not refrigerated at all. Had I seen all these reviews ahead of time, I probably would have eaten them, but they were not chilled at all when I initially touched them so I asked for a refund. They looked delicious though. I just didn’t know how long it had been sitting out.

It’s great to have the mobile Unilocal app while your on the move and I’m constantly on the move locally or flying to find great restaurants and other businesses. With that in mind, I was here in Cincinatti on a business trip and a lover of Vietnamese cuisine. Finding the local restaurant scene near my hotel to be unsatisfactory, I wanted a bowl of Phở for dinner before flying out the next morning back home. With luck, I located the Pholicious restaurant nearby in the mall. It was a great to find Vietnamese cuisine so close to where I was, thinking that it was all American fast food chains up here in Florence, KY. Thanks for proving me wrong for sure. Located at the Florence Mall, Pholicious is one of the 2 Vietnamese restaurants within a mile of my hotel on Dream Street. It was not the typical set up for a Vietnamese restaurant, which is what is normally what I am used to. Nothing fancy about this place, but it was Phở and other delicacies at reasonable prices. In fact, this is probably the first time I have seen a fast food version of a Vietnamese restaurant. It was quite interesting. Fast food Phở is served in small bowls. Never mind the large porcelain bowls you’re used to. Nope, not at all. The prices here are severely cheap, but you really get what you pay for really. Seriously. If you are a Phở junkie, do not come here. While the food is something worth exploring, I can say that it was an experience to try this place out. Nothing more can be said about this place. Fast food Vietnamese at its best. Well, it’s the only one I have been so far, so the experience was overall pleasant. Definitely not a sit down Vietnamese restaurant to be sure, but the Phở was decent. The broth was clear and it had your entire fixings and included other veggies also — if you so desire. Fast food Phở is what it is, especially when it comes to portion size. Fast and convenient, Pholicious can be your quick stop for your quick fix for Phở. Not sure if I’ll be coming back here, as I’ll most likely be looking for a traditional Vietnamese restaurant. Prices are awesome, but then again, it all comes down to portion sizes. There is a seating area that is small, but adequate. Can’t say I enjoyed this experience, but the Phở was ok. Almost like getting take out from Panda Express, but it is what it is. I got the beef Phở with spring rolls and a large soda. It came under $ 10 which was good, but again, the portion sizes were not what I am used to. Buyer beware! Support local! C+

Fresh, healthy, delicious, and in the Mall, yes it’s in the food court. I had Phở Chicken — Vietnamese rice noodles, lots of chicken in a flavorful bowl of broth. I love the pretty green bowl, real chopsticks, and the soup spoon. It’s fun to add your own jalapeño’s, bean sprouts, onions, spicy sauces, mint, lime, and sauces. It’s always fun when you get to do it up your way. Love the fact that it’s only 240 calories. I was full before I even finished half(so figure 150 calories of delicious goodness). My SO enjoyed the rest, which made him phở happy. When we ordered, one employee dropped a scooper on the floor. Loved that he immediately put it in the small dishwasher. Cleanliness and food safety first. Good job training Pholicious. The egg rolls are the best I’ve ever had. 4 for $ 4 — I got one and it was perfect! I even got a nice steam bath while eating. Two in one — WIN!

A few years ago, if someone would have told me that I would spend a Saturday afternoon eating Phở inside a mall in Kentucky — I would have done that confused puppy head tilt back at them. Between then and now, life put me in the position to do just that. A bright green space with lots of phở options, bubble tea and other fare including spring rolls — this is not your typical mall food court spot. The ordering part is simple, and is actually just like your typical mall food court spot. You go up, order, pay and then you take your food to a table. Luckily, this is some tasty stuff. The husband and I started with a shared order of spring rolls which were fresh tasting and came with a good peanut sauce. We both got a different kind of phở, mine beef and his meatball. While it might not be the best phở I’ve ever had, it is definitely tasty and comes with a decent amount of accouterments. I really like knowing this place exists when I have to make a trip to the mall, but I just hope some other Florence mall-goers get with the program. I still saw too many Sbarro cups and plates around(not to disparage the great Michael Scott’s favorite pizza place) among the other regular cast of characters in the food court scene. People need to embrace this special treat, I know I would have loved to have this available at my hometown mall during all of my teenage mall hangout sessions.

Finally, phở is back in Florence! I decided to eat here a few times before checking in or posting a review, just to get a good balance of the place. Phở Saigon, it is not. PS is sadly and greatly missed, HOWEVER this place picks up the slack rather well! The broth tends to be slightly on the thinner side of phở flavor, but it’s easy enough to boost it up. I asked about that choice, and they said it was to appeal to broader palates. Being located in the Florence Mall, I can’t argue with their choice… better to stay in business than appeal to the hardcore. Their phở, while not outstanding, is pretty darn good! It’s served with all the traditional fixin’s on the side: sprouts, peppers thinly sliced, Thai basil… and onions. Yes, the onions are served on the side. There is green onions in the broth, of course, but you can add(or not) the sliced onions in whatever quantity you like. The spring rolls are fantastically fresh and the skin is the perfect texture. You can watch them pumping them out pretty much constantly, but done well with much care. They add chicken instead of pork, however you can ask and they’ll make them traditionally with the pork for you. Nice little hidden secret for the real Vietnamese food fans! Last I’m happy to mention they have bubble(boba) teas and smoothies! Yay! The tapioca pearls are done perfectly… not too squishy and not too chewy. This automatically adds another star in my book. Try the green tea latte, blended(without mint) for my personal favorite. For me, it’s a touch of nostalgia from New Orleans.
