We are not familiar with the area but all agreed we love Olive Garden and decided to stop for dinner. We were not disappointed. Our server, Matthew, stayed on top of things our entire visit and wAs equally attentive to surrounding customers he waited on. He was also knowledgeable about the menu and accommodating to the many unusual requests of myself, my daughter and her friend. The food portions were incredibly large. Honestly after eating two breadsticks, one bowl of salad(and they give you a bowl big enough to refill your bowl), I could only take 4 small bites of my entrée and I was full. We all were. And very pleased. Nice clean atmosphere, good food, reasonable prices for the experience. Will come back when we visit the area again!

For me, it’s always about service. Chase(Jonathon) waited on us, and he was ONIT. Checked back every few minutes, even if he just did a slow walk by, not disturbing us, but making sure we had everything we needed. Drinks refilled, pleasant conversation. Check very prompt(it was lunch). He had other tables, it’s not like it was slow, but he still managed very personalized service. We just moved from Los Angeles, and while we love it here, restaurant service seems to be below par. Thanks, Chase, we will be back!

Terrible! I attempted to eat here tonight but had to leave due to ZERO service. The host staff was very impersonal. They sat us without a word spoken. We then waited at our tiny table for over ten minutes for someone to take our drink order. After sometime we gave up and left. Do not go here!

I have always loved an had good experiences at olive garden but tonight’s service was lacking. It truly began with a 20 min wait even though there were plenty of tables to seat the 5 adults and 2 children we had with us. It was a complete downhill slide from there our waitress although very nice was either new or inept at serving. At 30 mins we still didn’t have salad or breadsticks, at which time I went to the front desk and asked about things. Our drinks were served after the alcohol(which was only 2 glasses of wine) and we had to ask for more drinks. 3 plates out of the 7 were were either not what was ordered, undercooked, or overcooked! My husband’s steak was so overcooked he asked for steak sauce and was brought an empty bottle and then had to wait for someone to come back around to get more he had also ordered fries and got mashed potatoes… Which was corrected without us saying anything. We have always had great food and service here that’s the only reason i gave this experience 3 stars, otherwise only a 1 would have been given. I’m so disappointed in this result.

I’ve been ordering the same dish at Olive Garden for at least 5 years. I’ve seen this dish shrink in size and quality consistently over this time period. It has particularly gotten bad over the past year. The dish(Chicken and shrimp Cabanara) used to be full of tenderized chicken chunks, very good size shrimp, bacon bits, pasta in a creamy sauce. It was an impressive dish. I had it last night. It had two chicken tenders and small shrimp similar quality to a Walmart appetizer tray. There were no bacon bits and it was almost barren of the creamy sauce. It has consistently deteriorated over the past 5 years to the point I don’t even want to eat this dish and nor do I want to give Olive Graden any of my business in the future.

I eat here at least once every two weeks. You can’t beat their salad and breadsticks as an appetizer. This week I had Penne Rustica with Italian sausage and it was outstanding. Last week I had a similar dish at a supposedly excellent Italian restaurant on the other side of the river and it wasn’t even close. The other dish was bland and the bits of meat that were supposed to have been sausage had no flavor. As for Olive Garden’s service, I have always had good luck.

The food here is not that great, especially when compared to the other local Italian restaurants. I have found the lack of service to be the biggest issue. The last time is visited, I had to ask 3 different employees for a refill before finally getting some water. The waitress came by my table twice! Once to bring out my food, and the other time to bring my check!

I have eaten here very recently and the service has been uncannily incredible for this area. The food is ok. It isn’t Italy, it’s a chain restaurant. I haven’t seen the kitchen, so I can’t assess what is happening in there. I am certain it has it’s share of frozen food that has been heated. If I find a restaurant has a microwave in it, it takes a severe hit in food quality rating. Throw those damned things away and start cooking!

The slop train continues. Why, Olive Garden, did you have to wreck the only thing left I enjoy at your establishment? The soup and salad has been delegated to somewhere between fast food and soup kitchen status. The soup was so pathetically watered down and the salad was huge chunks of lettuce with no dressing. Manager was informed(new) and did nothing. I guess it’s back to Huntsville if we want a decent Olive Garden Meal.

Good food, good service, reasonable prices. The only problem is that if you get there during the prime weekend dinner hours, you are going to have to wait to be seated.

I don’t know what Stephanie R. is talking about, this is the worst Olive Garden I’ve ever eaten at. The food here is sub par, don’t get me wrong I am usually a fan of olive garden, but the food here is never good. The one in Huntsville is so good, I don’t know how this one can possibly be so bad. Now that I think about it… they should go recruit some of the staff from Huntsville. I have eaten here many times, only because people drag me, and I have never had good food or good service. None of the staff can pronounce Italian, one waitress accidently brought me something she referred to as pen-ny pasta and proceeded to make a joke about giving me so many pennies. Why anyone would eat here for unlmited lettuce with Italian dressing is beyond me. If you like Italian food you should avoid the Florence version of Olive Garden and head down the road to Ricatonis for an experience that will make you come back for more. And if it’s your birthday, the girls at Rics will sing to you in Italian.
