Laurel Bay Gardens Inc

We’ve made several trips to Laurel Bay Gardens to purchase plants, flowers and bark dust, and have been very pleased with their quality, service, advice and prices. Benjamin of their staff showed great expertise and concern delivering a huge dump truck load of bark to our yard without disturbing existing plants and trees. Returning some unused stepping stones for store credit was easily accomplished. This company is highly recommended.

Our front yard had become so overgrown and out of control that I was depressed every day leaving for work and coming home.
I cannot say enough good things about Lisa and her crew. Lisa was great to work with. She did everything from the initial consultation to the design and construction of our yard, and I could not be happier with the results.
Laurel Bay is awesome at what they do, and it shows in the final results.
Her crew was great also. They left the work site clean and were always friendly and courteous to us. Their skills are great, as is evident in the work that they do.
I cannot stress enough how happy I am with the final result of the yard. They got the work done in one day and it was amazing to come home and see the final results. I literally just stood in my driveway and soaked it all in for 30 minutes.
Everyone who has seen the yard since they finished is amazed at how it looks. In fact someone made the comment that it looks like we live in a park! Now it’s time to start building up the funds so I can have Lisa come back and work on our back yard.

After recently moving here we needed a landscaping company and some indoor plants for our new home. We drive by this business every day so we decided to stop in. We had found out that the owners were supposedly very concerned that business stay local. We are too so we thought this would be a perfect fit.
MAN were we wrong! The lady behind the counter (Sue maybe?) was very rude and dismissive almost immediately. She told us in no uncertain terms that she had no indoor plants and that whoever had told us she did was wrong. She didn’t offer help in any way other than sending us out of town-​to Home Depot or Lowe’s-and made no effort to build, save or retain our business.
We found her attitude to be quite abrasive and uncalled for. As a result, I’m writing this less than positive review on Unilocal. I’m going to do my best to save her from the ordeal of my spending money there and I’ll do all I can to keep her from being bothered by those pesky local customers.

This place has so many nice gifts, it’s hard to choose just one. They are super friendly and really helpful. I was going to a wedding stopped in to get a gift and since I didn’t have a gift bag, the woman at the counter gave me tissue and and handled bag to wrap it in! LIVE SAVER!!!
