I eat here at least 3 times a month, almost always for breakfast. Their grits are the BEST in town. They have well prepared food in a bustling dining room of regulars. The waitress will often just expect me to order without a menu. The service is as good as the food, no disappointments. If I ever sent something back, it was done without hesitation. There are families, seniors, a host of regulars that will keep this business open and happy for years to come. I’ve eaten a pork chop breakfast many times, always consistently prepared. Their lunch specials are good, with some Greek options sprinkled in the mix. Expect the usual diner fare of yester-year, and at a price to make it affordable for almost anyone. Parking’s a challenge, be forewarned that the paving is really in need of an upgrade. Every town needs a spot like this to feed the hoards what they crave, home cooking with no dishes to do.
