This is a pretty typical store in the Kohl’s chain which means it’s often times expensive if you don’t catch a sale or score something on a clearance rack. They’ve started a nice rewards program (no credit card application or anything) where they reward you for spending money there with Kohl’s cash so we utilized that when my husband needed a new suit. All in all, it’s a nice alternative to some of the other department stores in Florence.

Doing an exchange and they tell me I have to find an item in the store exactly 56.00. I cannot get an item for less and loose the balance or an item that is more and pay the difference. Problem is 98% of the store inventory is priced ending in .99
I can do a return, however the return amount is 20.99.
It really feels like the exchange policy is engineered to cheat the customer.

I always find great buys on the clearance racks. You have to be patient and look through the racks, but it always pays off for me. I usually have any additional 20−30% off as well so it’s a win/​win for me :-)
