We are very disappointed in the quality of construction of our couch. We bought a sectional couch from Havertys only two years ago. The footrest that pops up gets stuck, the seam is ripping in one section, and one arm is loose. Our old couch (from somewhere else) may have looked bad, but it was much more sturdy — and it was over 10 years old! We will never plan on buying from Havertys again. I really feel like we wasted our money.
