1 star for being CLEAN. I hate laundries that use CARDS that you have to load w/money and not get your change back if you haven’t used up all the change on it. STUPID! I love the independent laundry mart north on HWY101 near Fred Meyers. Always clean, ACCEPTSCASH and has nice affordable showers(never saw a shower at a laundromat before) and has a more friendly less sterile environment. TV, nice seating area w/magazines.

3÷7÷16: Some improvements. The ATM is working and all but one washer and two dryers are working. Still no drinks/snacks in the machine. And WORSTOFALL no WiFi. But the place is once again sparkling clean. 2÷2÷16: Ok. It’s been a month. No reply to my emails to their website and now today we’re told«no more WiFi.» Same broken machines, including the vending machine. New attendants don’t come close to the gal that used to work here. I’m done. Temporarily(I hope) revising my review of this place. Too many«washers and dryers out-of-service for too long. Many have been broken for months. Today I had to wait to get my clothes in one of the few dryers that was working. I’m sure the young lady that usually works here has no control over this — it’s the owner I’m speaking to here. I’ve emailed them as well. PLEASE get these machines working before you lose more customers!

I wish you luck if you NEED this place. The machines will steal your money. The owner knows all about it, and apparently this is a part of his business income(you will not be refunded). What a way to make money, you can get cleaned out of your money without doing a wash ! He hasn’t ever responded to inquires by the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE !
