I’ve ordered flowers from Starks twice, and was very happy with the flower arrangements for a dinner party, and a corsage for son’s dance… very pretty. Thank you for finally having a florist that’s both modern and thoughtful in their arrangements.

In a word, this place is terrible and has dismal customer service. I called in to order a balloon bouquet for friend who is leaving our office for another job. I explained in detail that I had located them online and this person is very well liked so we were looking for something very nice. Price was not an issue. I arrived the next day during my lunch hour to find one of the saddest arrangements I have ever seen. The balloons were already sagging and the one Mylar balloon with a message on it said«Thinking of You.» I explained that this was more appropriate for someone who had just been diagnosed with leukemia as opposed to someone who you are wishing«Good Luck» or communicating a «We’ll Miss You» sentiment. The two staff members then told me that balloons are not their specialty. They offered to send me to another florist but I told them that I was using my lunch hour to pick this up and had very few options. They took the arrangement back and added a smiley face balloon to the mix and hand-wrote(in very sloppy penmanship) «We’ll Miss You» on a white balloon. As my friend Marco would say: «It was busted as Hell.» I took the arrangement back to the office, gave it to my friend and apologized that it was not what I had planned for her last day. The only thing I got out of this transaction is a funny anecdote because one of my friends from work was there to watch it all unfold. I could have picked up a comparable arrangement at Dollar Tree.

Not so good at filling orders. Ordered anniversary flowers for my wife, they never showed. Called to check, had the order on the«wrong clip board». Ask to cancel and the lady said ok and hung up, no verification, communication or customer service at all. Might want to invest in some employee training.
