The one 5 star review must be an employee or relative. The building is nice. Dr. B fitted me for contacts. I was more than forthcoming about my wearing habits. Very clear that I needed an extended wear. He assured me that the contacts he was putting me in were the best for my needs. I moved before my next exam. New dr. Asked the details of what I had been wearing and said I had early stages of corneal neo vascularization. went on to say that the dr should have known he was prescribing the wrong lens because extensive literature had been available to optometrist on that exact condition and lens.
Also, I had a similar experience as another reviewer. The sales side was completely rude. Made customers feel as if they were imposing. I ordered my glasses elsewhere. My aunt ordered glasses from them. When they arrived it was not the same frame. They told her it was her mistake. I would never recommend.

Classiest and most professional physicians office ever! Love Dr. Basden! Staff always make you feel comfortable and I always leave knowing that all my needs have been met and every question answered! Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
