Once upon I lived in a world where tortillas were considered part of the main entrée. I like to believe I still live in such a world. My taco entrée. Which was called the farmstead tacos, had cold tortillas that fell apart as I ate them. I was extremely disappointed by the entrée. Also server knowledge was extremely poor. My compatriot who ordered her meal did not get all that she wanted. Overall a very disappointing time. 1\5 would not go there again

This is by far the best breakfast restaurant company I ever eaten at. Been to crest view hills and stumbled onto Florence location. All I can say is you have to go to experience the service and quality of food. It’s healthy and tasty always has been. Banana granola pancakes and omelettes to your liking. All other kind of breakfast foods too along with lunch. The Florence location is very rustic which I like and always busy which means people are liking it. Keep up the great work when I’m back in town I will visit again.

This place is cute, clean, and the service was incredibly great. I’m not really much of a meat eater, and they let me substitute a fruit cup for bacon in the ‘trifecta’ breakfast– so that was great. This is my 3rd or 4th time eating at a First Watch(different ones), and each time I end up thinking«I must have ordered the wrong thing? Everyone else gushed about their food and mine was ‘okay.’» This time I decided that the food just isn’t seasoned. It’s fresh, and seems to have great quality ingredients, but everyone was smothering their food with hot sauce. Since I ordered a waffle, that wasn’t really an option. My waffle seemed like the batter hadn’t been salted, and my husband loved his potatoes and omelet, but only after drowning them all with hot sauce. I tasted the potatoes– they seemed bland to me also. Overall, I’d go back if that’s where someone else wanted to go– the food was okay, and the great ingredients are a plus. Next time I’ll just order something I can add more flavor to.

Just had breakfast here. Service was very good, polite, attentive and informative! Food was okay. Flavors were good but not the best breakfast that I have ever had. I would come back and give it a second chance.

Welcome to Florence y’all! Found this place en route from Lexington to the CVG airport. First Watch has a great and healthy(mostly) menu. It’s not everyday you can order avocado toast and pecan pancakes! Service was friendly and efficient. The vibe and décor is hip yet charming. Highly recommend eating here if you’re hungry for all things breakfast and lunch and something in between.

My go to breakfast place if I have the time and bringing guests. Free range eggs always taste better and I have ordered a half lunch and a salad and it’s just gooooood! Husband had an omelette and he just wants more! A good place to hang out with a small group too. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because of the wait time and the place is quite small for such a good place.

Today was my first visit to this location. Pluses included the contemporary décor and the good food. I had the Swisshroom and Paul had the Trifecta. My omelette and his scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked, as were my potatoes. I tried a bite of his Belgian waffle, and enjoyed its airy texture. Minuses included dearth of booth seating and a server who did not ask if we wanted refills on our drinks.

Nice restaurant to visit and eat, I’m glad to finally go one in Florence. The price is reasonable for it to be considered healthy eating.

This is one of my favorite breakfast places. The Benedict plates are always good. The service was friendly and the food fresh.

I visited First Watch again, this time during lunch hour. We were seated immediately and attended to right away. The service was pleasant. I, of course, got the coffee since it’s so delicious! I tried the Rueben sandwich with a Cobb salad. The sandwich was perfect and I devoured the whole thing. The Cobb salad was beautifully displayed and had cuts of bacon and ham in it. Overall it was a pleasant experience and they had good lunch prices. I will go back!

What a great find! Healthy food and great atmosphere. Since I was by myself, I sat at the community table – kind of European style – and had really nice conversations with complete strangers. I ordered the first thing I saw on the menu, which was actually a special – the avocado toast with eggs. Very good – not too much, but filling nonetheless. Although I only drank water, the woman sitting across from me had the cucumber mint refresher to drink, also from the special menu. I must definitely try this next time. I have only one complaint: they did not have Tabasco on the table or off. Instead they had one of those other brands. Honestly, I can’t imagine a world with eggs and no Tabasco! I’m giving First Watch five stars anyway because I was so impressed with the quality of food I had plus what I saw on the menu that I want to try on my next visit. Plus, I had my own miniature bottle of Tabasco in my pocket, so all was not lost :-)

First Watch is a pretty standard breakfast chain. The food is very good, and the service at this location was particularly friendly. The menu is fairly limited however and the prices are a little high for my breakfast tastes but overall it was a pleasant experience.

Location/Parking: It’s located in the same shopping center as TJ Maxx and across from the Florence Mall. Parking is plentiful. Food: The concept of this breakfast eatery is farm fresh. The eggs are cage free. You’ll find fresh squeezed juices and ingredients like kale and quinoa. I ordered the day glow and the key west crêpe eggs. The day glow was a combination of carrots, oranges, lemon and ginger. It was a great tasting fresh juice. The key west crêpe eggs consist of potatoes, English muffin and a crêpe with eggs, bacon and avocado with salsa on the side. It was light tasting and good but not exactly like what I was hoping for. My husband ordered the bacon cheddar pancakes and that was amazing. I would order that pancake in a heartbeat. Price: Everything on the menu is less than $ 10. Very reasonable. The single pancake were around $ 2. The kid’s menu is a steal at $ 5.95 and the portions are HUGE. Service: Service was exceptional! The staff was friendly, came by often to check on us and brought drinks out in a timely manner. Ambiance: Rustic feel! You can see the kitchen. There is a large chalkboard wall. The tables are made of reclaimed wood. Overall, this is a great place to have breakfast! It’s a new restaurant with fresh and uncommon ingredients and dishes that are simply unique.

Only been to this location once but we enjoyed it. I like the rustic vibe they have as soon as you walk in the door. This first watch is a little small so be prepared to wait an hour on the weekend.(You can always call ahead to be put on their waiting list, or use the app.) The food came out fresh and delicious, as I expect from a First Watch. I love the kale tonic or day glow juice. The banana crunch pancake is one of the best pancakes I’ve ever had.

100% solid. Fresh, local when possible. It shows in the quality and flavor. Great service too. I like this location waaaay better than Crestview, not that there is anything wrong with that location — but they put a lot of though in the design and layout at this place. It feels like you’re having breakfast in a good friends home. 5 stars! Eat here — do it!

Two omelets, Oj, and Coffee in this very pleasant and well light breakfast restaurant. This place’s atmosphere is completely different than the Crestview Hill location. There is rustic signage, barn wood fasciae on the walls and water is brought to a reclaimed wood looking table in a old fashioned glass milk bottle. The wait staff was very polite and food was prepared quickly. As for our omelets they were quite tasty. I loved the Greek Fetish omelet. If you enjoy feta cheese, black olives and spinach, this is the omelet for you. I went on a Monday morning, it was nice and quite. I am sure Sundays are going to be ultra busy with Crossroads right down the street.

There’s a reason this breakfast/lunch chain is always busy — the food is fresh and the service is friendly. My husband and I rolled in around 1:45 and waited approx 10 minutes. Our 2 top table was very small and in a corner next to the kitchen — not ideal but wasn’t too bad. My husband ordered the protein punched Power Bowl with quinoa, kale, carrots, chicken and a few other fresh ingredients. Although he liked it, he felt it was slightly bland and dashed on some hot sauce. I had the 2 for You and got the Pecan Dijon salad with a cup of Tomato Basil soup. Salad was a combo of greens, chicken, pecans, avocado, bacon with a warm honey Dijon dressing. Very tasty combination, but too much dressing(and I’m a girl who loves her some dressing!) I would def order again, but light on the dressing or ordered on the side. We will definitely go back — the new Florence location is close to home and the décor is cozy — love the unique light fixtures and hard wood floors. They offer a «community» table if you don’t mind sitting with others and want to avoid the slight wait. Shout out to Christy H who was a super server — attentive, friendly and refreshingly likes her job!

Food is delicious and comes out quickly. All of the servers are really nice! :) In the mood for breakfast? Try one of the breakfast hashes with a pancake on the side. They are amazing. If you’re in the mood for lunch, their monterrey sandwich is out of this world. Try on the parmesean sourdough or the chibatta. Enjoy! Ps: iced coffee comes with milk and sweetener already added. If you like lattes you will love it but if not tell them not to add anything extra.

Modern, hip, and über cool, backed by a staff that gets it and does NOT act snoby cool! So from jump, you fall for the place… Then the food arrives! Fresh, made to order, and so tasty! Huge portions at a fair price! Florence Ky. s new go-to place!
