I haven’t had to have any major work done but I’m new to the area and have had two check engine lights come on(gas cap not on). The people are incredibly friendly, helpful and remarkably honest. Highly recommend this place.

My husband and I have recently had to deal with car issues, and that’s when I started to think about(and miss!) Creel Tire… and it warranted a Unilocal review! It’s never fun to have your car in the shop or drive an unreliable car. I drive a 2001 Honda Accord, and being an older car, it sometimes had things go wrong or just needed maintenance– and I didn’t like to use the expensive dealerships. When I lived in Florence, someone recommended Creel Tire to me, and that’s who I used. They always did a great job working on my car and they would not do work on your car that you did not need. As a lady, I always felt comfortable there and the guys explained everything they would fix and gave you a price beforehand. Since Creel Tire is the best in Florence, you have to wait sometimes. Definitely call ahead for an appointment, even just an oil change. Another bonus was that if you needed to go to work, they would give you a ride to your job(I got a coworker to drop me by later on to get my car). I completely trusted Creel with my car and would today if I still lived in Florence. I wish you could find mechanics and service this good everywhere!
