Chipotle Mexican Grill

I don’t know if they just did not care today and did not care about what they were serving but the chicken was burnt to a crisp and disgustingly over salted. I’m unsure if the hiring manager is capable of hiring competent people to simply cook chicken but until then I am never eating here again. Save your time & money, eat else where– like Qdoba which is literally across the street ;)

This location has a great design. And they let us order kids meals. Sometimes you just want a smaller portion! Love it!

Placed an online order that they hadn’t started on when I got there. The facility was not very clean and staff was very rough/​dirty looking. Food was good though.

Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I would much rather drive completely out of my way to go to the Erlanger, Buttermilk, or Clifton locations. Don’t get me wrong, the food is always delicious no matter what location, but I hate being skimped. I don’t ask for much. Double corn and a side of sour cream is all that is «special» about my bowl. Instead, when I asked for double corn I got what would have been one scoop at any of the other three locations I go to. And the sour cream side cup was filled about a quarter of the way. I won’t be back to this location.

Non-​GMO!!!
This is the best part! I’m so happy a massive chain such as Chipotle is taking on the responsibility of feeding us with non-​GMO and mostly local and organic ingredients.
The flavours are delicious and portion sizes generous.
Service is friendly and restaurant in clean shape (for a fast food place it’s pretty decent)
My first choice for Mexican food whenever available.

The food was delicious as always. Very healthy and filling in a «I can continue with my errands throughout the day». Guy on register today was pretty slow. Had to ask for mil salsa while I was in front of the beans still. Still delicious though.

Most dysfunctional Chipotle in the area. Always a wait — keep returning hoping they have fixed their staff. No such luck again. Go to Dream Street! Not worth the effort.

Chipotle is my favorite fast food restaurant. It’s one of the few places I can get a meal quick and still feel like I’m getting some nutritional value. I appreicate the brown rice option. Veggies and beans are so good for you. I’ve been petitioning to get one in my town and will drive out of my way to get there. It’s tasty, filling and fast — just what I need on a busy day.

Ask for extra rice when getting a burrito bowl… If you’re feeling a little hungrier than usual!
By now everyone knows about this place. Their burritos and bowls are a weekly staple in my diet. I am not sure how they do it, but I will always crave the taste of chipotle

It’s Chipotle. This location doesn’t have anything different than the others. Plenty of seats despite how busy it gets. The parking lot is fairly large but at peak times you may have to wait a minute or two. The staff is friendly and the burritos are delicious as always.
But no matter how many knock off Chipotle restaurants start up, Chipotle will always be number one in my book!

The food is always good! I dont like that there isnt much seating. I usually go during lunch and its always packed and I sometimes cant find a place to sit. Friendly staff which is always nice.

There is something so reassuring about being able to go into a chipotle anywhere and get the same quality dish. Kind of like that place with the golden arches, except its easier to eat gluten free here and there are vegetables. So gluten free, can be paleo and located all over the place, whats not to like?

I love Chipotle, and like restaurants; however, last night my wife and I had a horrible experience at this location. I would fire the entire staff (expect for the cook, maybe) that was working last night. The staff was too busy flirting w each other, they forgot about doing their job… We walked into the restaurant at 8:06 and we did not leave with our simple two bowl order to go until 8:13. The manager on duty was clueless, and was too involved with the flirting. Hopefully, this staff leaves, or I will be going across the street to Qdoba;)

Love the food here. Went in with the family after church. Wife had soft tacos, I had a steak burrito bowl and the kids got kids meals. Food quality is great, as always. Ice tea tasted a little «funny» though.
I echo the other review who mentions the tables being bolted down. We’re a family of five, so we have to sit at a four-​person table and drag over an extra chair. It works.
We like the healthy nature of the food, too. Haven’t researched it extensively on how Chipotle operates but the marketing message was received by us.

Chipotle is a good, fast, «Subway» restaurant-​style Tex-​Mex chain, a la Qdoba and the like. It’s pretty good, serving American-​sized portions of wannabe-​Mexican food. The best thing about Chipotle as a chain is that they use non-​GMO, cage-​free meat, dairy, and poultry.
This specific location is no different than others I’ve been to — staff is friendly and the food is quickly prepared. The thing that is really strange and frustrating is that the tables are bolted to the floor, so if you come with a group larger than 4, you will have to sit at separate tables!

Chipotle, what can you say, WOW!!! I love there tender marinated steak with heavy on the white rice, added with extra sour cream, corn, tomatoes green pepper with onions wrapped around soft heated flour tortia.
I also realized that they are pet friendly outside patio area. My little pooch Kimchee, which is a jack Russell terrier loves Chipotles.

Chipotle has been one of my faves since I got hooked in ’04. Lately it seems the quality of the steak has gone down. It could be that whoever they have trimming the steak doesn’t know what they are doing. The last steak burrito I got was full of fat and gristle. It grossed me out and I couldn’t finish the burrito. If i hadn’t already been at home, I would have politely returned it. That’s not the Chipitle I’m used to.
Anyway, you can’t go wrong with the barbacoa (shredded beef) if you’re craving beef. There’s something to be said for the chicken and carnitas (pork) too.
You always get a generous portion at Chipotle too, unlike some of these new wannabe places.

Always fresh, good, and affordable. Kids menu is great too. Good for those on a gluten free, vegetarian, or low carb diet also, as they offer burrito bols without rice, as well as burrito salads.

One could never go wrong with Chipotle. It’s simply amazing.
I get the same thing everytime, a chicken burrito. I’ve tried other things by sampling my family’s burrito… but in my opinion the chicken burrito is the best.
You can choose any variety of toppings. A coworker of mine once ordered a chicken burrito with both types of beans, extra rice, extra sour cream, cheese, regular salsa, corn salsa, and lettuce. I might even be forgetting something. But basically she chose every topping and extras, they had to use to tortillas to keep her burrito from bursting because it was so huge, and it was no extra charge! The only thing that costs extra is guacamole.
It doesn’t matter how long a line there is, it always moves fast.
One tip I can add that most people aren’t aware of, is to have them mix it up before closing the burrito. It makes a world of difference. I can always tell when I have someone pick me one up and they forget to ask them to mix it. They don’t look at you weird or anything. They have a cup of forks sitting there. Sure it take a few extra seconds, but the line still moves fast and it’s worth it. I have had so many people behind me in line tell me that was a really good idea, and they would have never thought of it.
Just writing this has made me want Chipotle now! This is the best burrito joint out there.
