Jus received the worst fish sandwich ever. This«thing» had to have been sitting under the heat lamps for hours. It was so hard and brown I’m not even sure it was fish. How an employee could serve something like this is beyond me but then again this is Burger King so it should be expected I guess

This is the worse Burger King… you go through the drive through, no cars you have to wait, then the employee rolls her eyes at you because she has to go to the drive through window and wait on you… what??? What bad customer service! I have been here once before the food is cold and not good! The worst!

Awful awful dining experience. Worst ever BK I ever went to. Started out with the seating. I went in at 10pm a good hour before them closing and they shut down the whole seating area but 2 booths where one was already occupied. When I ordered I asked to substitute the fries with a salad which they said was not possible. WHAT?? since I don’t like fries I ordered an extra salad to my chicken bacon and cheese burger. 10 $ pricetag. Too much for fast food. The fries were dripping greasy, I asked for Italian dressing for my salad but they only had ranch, the burger was very small compared to the advertising picture and the price tag and without cheese. Never again

Fook ok. The kicker was the mgrs boyfriend coming in w cigarette in his mouth and a pop bottle on hand. Wife beater shirt and bad tattoos. Proceeded to walk around without washing hands wiping down pop machine after he spilled it everwhere filling his coke bottle he brought in saying this is just how he rolls. Put away some dinner trays and strolled out. Never again.

Hands down, the worst fast food staff in all of Northern Kentucky is working in the BK in Florence on Hwy 42. I’ve given them three chances to do at least a passable job over the last couple of years, and each time is worse than the last. If the management of this place can’t see the issues here, then they are likely the source of the problems. The last time, which was a weekday evening, I already knew that I had no chance of getting the correct food in the drive-thru, so I went inside to order. Most of the staff were too preoccupied with horsing around in the dining room with non-working friends to man the front counter. When someone eventually came to the register, I ordered a BBQ Bacon Whopper, which was the current specialty menu item that was being advertised with big signs all over inside and outside of the store and on their TV commercials. The cashier had no clue what I was talking about, even though there was a sign a foot away from her advertising it. She told me that she supposed that they could put BBQ sauce and bacon on a regular Whopper if that’s what I wanted, but there was no such thing on their menu as the thing I was trying to order. I pointed to the big giant advertisement for it in the middle of the menu board right behind her head, and when she turned around to look she seemed surprised to see it there. It took her over a minute to find the BBQ Bacon Whopper on the cash register since she had no idea that it was even something that they offered. As I waited for my food(waited much too long), one of the horseplay employees in the dining room kept running past me, swinging a broom around over his head and flinging floor crumbs across the room. The person bagging the order got confused when looking at the computer screen because she had no clue what a BBQ Bacon Whopper was either, and started a long argument with the person preparing the food about whether or not that was an actual menu item. I won’t be going back there ever, which means that BK as a company probably won’t be getting any of my business either. I’m just over it at this point. Let’s face it, the only thing fast food burgers have going for them is that they are a quick and easy place to pick up a meal. If you turn«quick and easy» into«annoying and frustrating» because the staff are so incompetent, then there’s really nothing redeeming about them at all. There are about 20 other food options on Hwy 42 in Florence. Just keep driving past this Burger King and you’ll be better off.

I have been to this location a total of 4 times and they have never once gotten my order correct. The first time I went I got a soda through the drive through. I ordered Dr. Pepper and received Coke. I was a bit annoyed being it was the only thing I ordered. The second time about a month later I was once again given Coke rather than the drink I ordered. Recently they have been advertising a new menu with salads and wraps. I went there to try one of the wraps. It was ok, but the chicken BLT wrap I ordered had none of the avocado ranch sauce it is supposed to come with. I decided to give it one more try a few weeks later because other than not putting the sauce on the wrap was pretty good. I ordered the same thing and this time it had some kind sauce that tasted like apples. It was actually pretty gross with the bacon. I will definitely not be returning to this location again. I have never asked for any substitutions or special requests with my order. The fact that they seem unable to get the standard order correct from their advertised menu is ridiculous. Absolutely terrible customer service.
