One of the worst Buffalo WIld WIngs. Wings did not come out looking the way I am used to them looking at all and did not taste good either. It looked as if they just took sauce and poured them over the wings. Very slow service and they were not busy at all.

Worst franchise in Florence! No service, no fun and employees feel like they are entitled to a $ 9 dollar tip on a $ 21 dollar tab, by asking if I need the change back. I am still trying to figure out how I spent that much when I only saw the server twice. As I said, in the words of Bön Jovi«they give wings a bad name»!!!

I really have to start eating in another town. I live in Florence and I keep hoping I will find a place that will make me feel good about giving them my money. This place would not meet that requirement. Two people … $ 70 … what a waste. For a chain that must spend $Millions on flat screens, I wish they would invest a little of that in training their staff in the front and back of the house. Issue #1: You work in the service industry so you really need to learn what service is. I’m your customer. Sadly, when I’m there, I can’t get my own food. I have to depend upon your surly, lazy, dirty staff. At $ 7 a beer, I don’t expect to have an empty glass while I look around for my server. Issue #2: Check back with me after you drop lukewarm food that has been under a heat lamp for half an hour on my table. I may want to send it back for a do-over. If you come back to the table within the first 20 minutes, I may actually have a decent attitude. Issue #3: Show the people in the back of the house those pretty pictures on your menu. I would like for my food to have a vague similarity to that stuff. It sure LOOKS good. Finally: Florence may be a small market with low expectations but some of us just expect and demand better. When you get things as simple as fries wrong and when the temp on a burger is off by miles(I’m not a fan of very rare beef) people are not likely to be happy. For the $ 70 I spent here, I could have bought a week’s worth of groceries. Next time i will.

From Ohio stopped here on our way to Myrtle Beach for a golf trip. We decided to sit at the bar for quicker service. Wrong decision. The bartender had his pants down hoodlum style and could see his underwear. I will never be back how could a franchise restaurant condone this or any restaurant for that matter. I don’t want to see some guys underwear why I’m eating. Sorry

Given the limited choices in the area, this isn’t horrible. If you are willing to wait a while to stop, that’s a better option. The good: The food is consistent which is unusual for Florence. There are lots of tvs showing various sports and trivia for the non-sports nuts. Lots of food options to suit a variety of tastes and a large bar that’s open late. The bad: the service is hit or miss. Occasionally a server will be fantastic, but usually they are inattentive at best. The odds are against your entire order being correct when it first comes to the table. The tvs are insanely loud even in dining room. We come regularly because of the wings, but I find myself looking for alternatives more often than not.

We made a pit stop to grab some food. It is your typical BWW but less crowded. The angry orchard sauce is delicious. Honey BBQ is classic favorite. I would rate the food 3 out of 5 because they were very light on the sauce and carrots were not fresh, in fact they were soggy so we left those behind. The saving grace of our meal was our awesome waitress Ti, she was so personable, knew the menu well and accommodated us when we wanted to try the angry orchard sauce. She also came by frequently and even gave us our drinks in to go cups since we commented we had a long ride home. Thanks Ti! Come in for a quick bite and be sure to ask for Ti!

The main seating section is large and wide open so it can be noisy. Burgers wraps and the like are good. As a native of Buffalo, however, I have to say that wings are not good. They are deep fried to death and have an odd underlying taste. Then your sauce or rub gets dumped on them and then served. No time for flavors to infuse. There are better wings in Florence.

My wife and I came here for a late night snack around midnight. The place was not super busy by any means. Waited for a booth to be cleaned then we were seated in a wet booth. Waited another while to get our drink order taken. Couldn’t figure it out because there were alot of employees hanging out talking what not. Food was mediocre and the service less then that. Almost felt as we were bothering them by coming to eat there. I have noticed since we moved here from greenville area the customer service really seems to be lacking at least here in the Florence area.

I have been here several times and it is average for a B-dubs. I have wings done perfectly and wings over done. This is probably the least busy B-dubs I’ve been to and I travel all over the country for my job. The wait staff always seems to have more personal things going on than customers. I always see waiters and servers playing on their phones. Over the past few months I’ve been going there, there is a horrible smell that comes from the bar area. I asked about it last time and was told its soda that has been spilled and for lack of better word rotting. This bad odor has been there for months. If they know it’s old spilled soda then clean it up. There is plenty of staff standing there that could work on this.

I love going there to eat. I mainly order the juicy steak burger. I’ve never tried their wings. The chicken tenders are good. The loaded nachos are delicious. Service had always been great. I definitely recommend this place.

I use to really like BWW. Recently they really seem to have gone downhill. This location was ok. I think it’s pretty standard with average food and decent service. If you like BWW and know what to expect then it’s right in the middle of the road.

Good service by Daniele. Wings good. Chips needed further cooking. I just want my food in a plate.

Great boneless wings for FLO-town. Plus the bar is open late every day – a major plus!

It was«Okay» nothing to go up in arms about. I won’t be going back to eat there, mostly because I thought the food wasn’t good. But that’s just me.

Your typical B-W’s, Service here is hit or miss. Sometimes we have a server that is spot on, other times our server disappears. Anyhow, the menu has more than wings, they have some great appetizers as well.

BWW has the best sauce for wings. All the food has been great. The scale of heat is pretty acurate for me. The boneless wings are cooked perfectly. The wedges of the wing chips come out well also. Have got some burned wing chips before, not too good. The service can be good, but sometimes you feel forgotten. There is a lot going on with the different games going on. Great place to come and catch up on sports while eating.

Earlier in the year I ate at a Buffalo Wild Wings in Tacoma, WA, and should have learned my lesson. A few weeks ago I tried this Buffalo Wild Wings location because my children wanted to try the food. It was awful. I tried it again last night to watch the Sunday night NFL game and World Series, and I still feel the same about this chain. If not for the great selection of beer and friendly bartender, I wold have given the restaurant«No Stars.» After waiting a long time for food, I had to remind the bartender about my order. It was quiet in the restaurant, so I was surprised about the time it was taking to prepare my meal. Within a few minutes, the food came out piping hot because it was probably prepared after the bartender’s reminder. Was the food worth the wait? No! The crunchy chicken sliders were dry and came with no sauce. I asked for some sweet BBQ sauce, and was handed a little portion control container. This will certainly be my absolutely last visit to a Buffalo Wild Wings.

This is one of the better Wild Wings I’ve been too. I like the huge, wide-open floor plan. There are TVs everywhere, so it’s hard to miss the action when you come to watch The Game. Pretty typical chain sports bar menu, although they do have good beer specials on game day. The service here was on point even though they were very busy. Eat and drink here with confidence.

It’s a pretty standard Buffalo Wild Wings. The inside is spacious and the walls are practically lined with TVs. Service is generally quick and friendly and the food is fresh. Their pretzels are delicious though overly salted(but it was easy enough to scrape the salt pieces off).

Second verse, same as the first! We took Mom and Dad with us this time. We played Buzztime Trivia together. We tried several more wing flavors… I liked the Thai Curry, Mom loved the Asian Zing, Hubs and Dad went to town on the Parmesan Garlic and Teriyaki. Jammin’ Jalepeno was really good too! The manager came by to check on our table… this is twice in two visits… so many places have forgotten the importance of this simple but effective element of customer service! Our server was excellent! I really like this place so far. I hope they keep it up!!! Happy hour is 4 – 8 :-)
