Batteries Plus Bulbs

Stopped by this location to get my iPhone screen repaired. When I walked into the store I was not greeted by a single employee. They were all in their own world. A old man without a name tag finally asked if I needed help. I told him I wanted to get my phone screen repaired and he followed with a disinterested sigh.
He then asked for my information and acted like by asking to repair my phone, I was asking him to cut off his arm. I was so uncomfortable. He then printed out a sheet of paper with the price and told me it would be ready in 2 hours but probably before that.
2 hours later and no phone call, I decided it was time for my phone to be done. When I walked into the store, no one was at the desk and after 5 minutes the old man returned to the desk and continued to act like fixing my phone was the biggest pain.
Overall, the work done on the phone was ok. Only reason I am giving the the 2 stars. I DO NOT recommend this store to anyone. I will never return. Take some classes on Costumer Service please!!!
