Horrible all the way around. Never again. $ 28 for 2. Undercooked and unseasoned food. Wife was sick by the time we got home.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Husband and I went there on a Saturday night during dinner time or what should be their busiest time, and they really weren’t busy at all. I even made a comment on the way inside that I don’t know if I can trust a place that covers all their windows and doors so you can’t see inside Lol. Boy was I right! We tried several different dishes off the buffet and none of it was fresh or even warm. By the time we left, I was actually concerned about getting food poisoning, and I did get sick after getting home. We really did try to give this place a chance, but this place is horrible.

This was the worst experience I have had. The food was luke warm and had no taste. The General Tso chicken had no spice to it. The egg drop soup had a thick skin covering it in the warming pot and had so much starch in it that it held bubbles after mixing it plus it tasted of starch. The egg roll tasted of freezer burn and was so bad I could not swallow. This will be a never-return-to place. Too bad I can’t give ½ a star.

Honestly, it was unimpressive. The selection was decent, but several of the regular mainstays of Chinese buffets had a weird aftertaste. It wasn’t bad enough for 1 star, but far from good.

This place has a nice décor and was pretty quite for a Saturday evening. The food however is terrible, the crab legs were so old, they couldn’t be cracked due to the rubbery texture, and smelled very fishy, everything else we tried was very greasy and overly battered with little to no flavor. The waiter only refilled drinks half way for some reason… and there is a Sign on the buffet that tells you to Eat what you take, don’t waste food! Lol…

This is a huge buffet and, good choice for lunch. Nothing outstanding. Had seafood, shrimp, sushi, and asian grill. Look for coupon on back of the Kroger receipt.

As you can probably guess from the name, this large Chinese Buffet on Mall Road is your average no-frills buffet. My friends tend to like it with their kid since it is fast but I think some of the food is definitely overcooked and tough, mainly beef items. I have had some steak there that was too tough to eat and ended up being left on the plate. And sometimes their fried dishes like peanut chicken tend to be a bit greasy. I will admit their crab rangoons are pretty good but that could be due to the high turnover of them on the buffet. They do offer a wide variety of options, including seafood, your typical Chinese buffet items, some American options, and even a Korean barbecue. The food has always been OK, and they seem to keep the options fresh.

I can’t count the number of times I’ve had lunch here. The basics are covered quite well — the food is always hot, and doesn’t seem to have been sitting around long, the plates get cleared quickly, and there’s a great selection for lunch. They have a mongolian grill, a great way to ensure you get a get a hot, fresh cooked meal. The sushi is mostly veggie, with the occasional fake fish filler, there are better things there to fill up on. Sometimes they have crayfish, which for me is a real treat and can get you your $ 6.99’s worth quickly. The salad bar will please anyone who would get a salad at a Chinese buffet, and there’s plenty there for those who prefer less oriental fair. And everyone should be able to find a dessert they like. I’d like to see a balance of dishes that has more wok-ed and less fried, but there’s still plenty of each, so that’s a minor issue. This is a good a lunch buffet as you can get for the price.

This place is an ok Chinese Buffet. My wife likes the Mongolian BBQ, and I like the wide variety of veggies. It’s a pretty big buffet with 5 islands, and a dessert bar(along with the Mongolian bbq). I will say if you are avoiding or allergic to MSG, avoid this place. You can smell it from the parking lot. Heck, you can smell it from the bookstore’s parking lot 3 doors down!

I’ve been here several times and never had a problem. It’s a great place for a date, but also for a big group of friends considering the place is huge and almost completely empty every time I’ve went. The buffet is big, and I still haven’t tried everything. They offer most of your run-of-the-mill asian food, but also a fruit bar, a sushi bar(If you’re into that), a bar with American food(Fries, Hot wings, pigs-in-a-blanket) and(My favorite) a yummy desert bar with a ton of odd little goodies you really cant find anywhere else. The service is always good and if they’re out of something you want, they’re usually quick to get it out for you. Only 4 out of 5 stars because nothing here has ever WOW’ed me. It’s main attraction is you can go in this place having no good idea what you want to eat, and walk out satisfied. Oh, and bring your own soy sauce– theirs is disgusting.

This place is one of the best Chinese buffets that I’ve been to. The food is good, and the buffet is bigger than a lot… so there is more of a variety of what you can choose from. They also have a desert section which has a few different items including ice cream which I usually don’t find on a Chinese buffet. I think it’s kind of expensive, maybe a couple of dollars more than most that I’ve been too… so if you go for lunch vs. dinner you’ll get a way better deal. Overall though I like it, and whenever I’m in the mood for a Chinese buffet this will most likely be the place I choose.

I think this place is actually called«New Asian Buffet». Or maybe they just added the«New» as a tagline. I think«Now 50% more unlimited!» would be better, myself. So, what to say? It’s a Chinese buffet. They have a lot of Chinese food, and you can eat all you want. I honestly thought about giving this place 5 stars, as actually their food is very good for a buffet. But in the end, it is buffet food. It will be good enough, but never as good as something freshly prepared. And aren’t 5 stars for a perfect experience? On the plus side, they have a very wide selection, larger than most. They sometimes have duck, a treat I often don’t get to have. Their crab rangoons are also GOOD, and of course unlimited — rare for a buffet. Everything else is pretty solid too. Of special note, the desert bar. The ice cream itself is good, but their sprinkles are like mana from heaven. So yeah, they do a pretty good job here. It’s one of the better Chinese buffets in the area, so you might as well give it a shot.

This is a large chinese buffet, featuring asian and american items. A good place to take a group when you want a lot of food options. Good bang for the buck.
