We had the Antipasto platter which was ok, the deli style meats were far from the italian meats I was used to. The homemade bread and pesto were very nice. Joe had the Herb encrusted Halibut. It was a thick hunk of wonderfully prepared fish, wish I knew how they made it. I had a caesar with shrimp — very fresh and crisp. Lovely dinner we really enjoyed it.

We loved this little place. It had wonderful smells that met us right as we walked in. Yum The smell of great flavored foods! The food was good and so was the service, with a nice décor in old town Florence! What?! This is the place we’ve been looking for on the coast. The wine list had a lot of variety. Full bar and a decent beer list. There’s a cute lil patio in the back with a cover over it. It’s surrounded by potted plants and flowers. We didn’t order dessert but it looked really good! It’s now on our«must go“to list in old town Florence. Please keep up the great over all experience so we can keep returning! Oh yes, I must comment that their pizzas looked really good too. We will order that next time. My rating is a four because I didn’t like the house made Vinaigrette and the wine glasses were small. Lots of character in this restaurant. You’ll be pleased. Cheers

This place is amazing! I have had the pizza, burgers and the fish. It is a for sure stop every time we hit florence now. It’s also very romantic out on the back patio, the perfect end to an evening on the beach.

Went for some wine and pizza in the sun with the family. Great service — Fast friendly attentive. We shared a Greek Pizza and a bottle of Jovino Pinot Gris from the Willamette Valley in Oregon. The pizza was perfect — thin crust, loaded with fresh topping. Very reasonably priced. Beautiful weather to sit outside. Great experience.

Fantastic service! Very accommodating with animals on their patios(front and back). Came out with ice water for our pups. The food was phenomenal. I highly recommend Restobar!

Was in Florence working for the day and found this place on my lunch break. I spent most of an hour sitting and waiting for my order to be taken. Then the rest of the twenty minutes scarfing on food and waiting for a box and a check. The food was decent, but couldn’t make up for the poor service. You can also hear the kitchen staff and the waitresses fighting. I won’t be returning.

This restaurant is becoming one of my favorites in Florence. The waitstaff are friendly, the deck is awesome for getting drinks during the summer, and the food… oh my… the food. My recommendations: THEPIZZA! It’s delicious. I’ve had a few different kinds and all have been good. The crab ravioli is one of my favorites as well. For apps the bruschetta is a must have. They have quite a few different mixed beverages as well that taste divine. Seriously, what are you waiting for?! Give this place a try!((Also, have a group?? They have a back room that is perfect for groups!))

My husband and I walked in and the wonderful smells made our mouths water… we checked out the menu and decided we would definitely eat there. We got there just at noon and didn’t have a problem getting a table, but it was a Wednesday and the weather was a bit drismal… The waitress was extremely friendly and made suggestions. My husband is an Oyster fan, so he ordered the Oysters on the meal side rather than the appetizers. He was not disappointed… they were fabulous. We both ordered a cup of Clam Chowder… they best we have ever had, and I had a personal pizza. Everything was«fantastico» We wish we had one of these in San Clemente, Ca. Unfortunately, we were just passing through…

Having dinner as I write. Been waiting an hour to get water! Our waitress seems like she’s out of it! I finally asked the hostess for water… Got it! Finally our waitress tells us the computer is down… Uh ok. Write it down & give to the chef. Finally got up & asked if we could get our salads. That took another 10 mins. Now it is 1 hr &15 min. entrée came while I was eating my salad… HATETHAT: I had baked lasagna & my hubby had the crab encrusted salmon w/shrimp… Marginal food… PEOPLE: GOELSEWHERE!

We stopped in for lunch as we were passing through town. I had a chicken Parmesan sandwich with salad, the sandwich was humongous and delicious. My husband had a Dungeness Crab sandwich with salad, he really enjoyed his. The service was excellent.

Omg one of the best Italian places I’ve been to! This was our last dinner stop during our Oregon coast vacation and glad it was the last. It was the best meal I had during my trip. I had the herb encrusted halibut with the mash and house salad. It was all delicious! My friends also had the seafood pasta and the crab stuffed ravioli, which was also amazing. The ambiance is so cute and themed music to complete the experience. If you get to stop in Florence, make this the place a must eat.

Recently had lunch here while visiting Florence with family. We were able to dine outside, which was very pleasant. Service was friendly and efficient, and our server was knowledgeable about the gluten-free choices. I was delighted that they had so many gluten-free options, and my meal was excellent.

Atmosphere was good; service was great, very friendly, but the food was outstanding. My wife had the parmesan-encrusted halibut; I had the salmon special. Prices were reasonable, but it was a superior value because the food was so good. We’re near the end of a long trip, but this was the most memorable restaurant experience.

Visited this place in the past and loved the halibut! Sadly the halibut was missing something this past visit… Flavor perhaps? Compared to the crab encrusted halibut at Waterfront across the street, this place pales in comparison. I heard that the ownership changed as well since my last visit, so I think I may not be feeling this place anymore… Hopefully I just came on an off day?

went there on a Sunday night to try the Italian-American experience for the first time PROS actually more affordable than it could be, considering location and that it’s a seafood restaurant service was quick, even if the place was full, waiters took good care of us the portions are not overwhelming, and the sauces are not heavy or full of cream like I was afraid of the seafood tasted really good, all of it, clams, shrimp, hallibut… and finding crab ravioli is not something common the room is very nice, and they have old prints of italian advertising(like in MezzaLuna in Eugene) CONS the food lacked a kick, that little something that makes you think«I’ll go back there», it wasn’t tasty enough, which is just too bad the service was TOO quick, and our dishes came out all together, in spite of the fact that we had asked otherwise the dessert was not at the same level of the savory food(had the chocolate cake) the waiter had no idea of the wines on the list, and made a joke about us ordering«grape juice»(hahaha, so funny… not really) the clam chowder sucked pretty badly, to be frank I think I am available to give it another shot, and order different dishes

What a delight to find a gluten-free pizza that really tastes good! The rice crust was thin and crisp baked to perfection. The barbecue chicken pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had. We had side caesar salads which were also delicious. The service was excellent, and all the staff was friendly. This place has definitely become a favorite. Don’t pass up visiting this restaurant for a great pizza and salad.

Had such a wonderful lunch. My husband and I decided to try it out. Ordered a cup of clam chowder and had the stuffed manicotti witth the marinara sauce. My husband had the french dip. Both were outstanding! Mike, our server, was just wonderful. We had decided to sit on the back patio and found it to be too noisey. We moved to a table inside and Mike was very acomodating, making sure we were comfortable. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Stopped by for a late lunch around 3pm on Sunday. The San Genovese wine, Clams Florentine soup, Seafood Pasta and Dungeness Crab Melt were all great. Service for the two of us plus our beagle was prompt and met all our needs. This was a return visit and the restaurant more than met our expectations.
