I made an appointment for my mom and I, her for eyelash extensions and mani pedi for me. We were running late so I asked if we could still go, they said sure. We got there and they immediately took my mom in. They made me wait 10 minutes.
The lady (glasses not so old) that did my nails was rough. I got cut three times, even after I asked her to be more gentle. She did a terrible job on the polish and one of my nails was extremely crooked. After all that, she gave me my $ 13 of change in one dollar bills. When I put it in my purse she said «tip now? Or later?» Uhhhh… how about NEVER. I’ve never had anyone ask for a tip in my life! Horrible place! Will never get my nails done here ever again!!!
I gave them one star because my mom’s eyelashes were beautiful! Heather did an amazing job!

This place is horrible. I got a manicure and the women did that crapiest job. Pieces of my nail weren’t painted. I got my eyebrows done and she didn’t even wax my eyebrows the proper way she did it in about 2 seconds. I also got my sides down and took way too much hair off then I told we too. The pedicure was the only good thing. Never going back again.

They do a good job on your nails but they totally overcharge you. I paid 50 to get silk wraps on my natural nails and everytime I got a filling they would cut my nails and fill only with powder, no silk! Pedicures are better at lucky candy nails down the block too.

a friend recommended this place for their brazilian waxes for just $ 25! i had a good experience the first few times. heather was nice and gentle. until one day, i got the sense that she was getting greedy and catty. it’s a shame because women should be supportive of each other’s successes; not trying to bring each other down.
i found a salon and spa near my work in the city that does brazilian waxes for $ 25 too so i probably won’t come back to heather again.
