I had to contact the Floral Park detectives on this repair shop, as well as filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Motor Vehicle(DMV). Bottom line I ended up paying $ 3,137.99 out of my pocket because this shop touched by car… UPDATE: After filing the complaint with the DMV there was an investigation, which resulted in me receiving a partial refund. I was overcharged and charged for repairs that were NEVER done. All this is now on the record of this repair shop with the DMV. If anyone reading this ever encounter rips off with this repair shop or any other repair shop, report it to the DMV. It may take time and effort, but you could get your money back and help another person. An most Importantly, Could potentially shut down bad repair shops like this one.
