The worst!!! Do not go… unprofessional and they disappear and keep the customer waiting forever.

This AT&t store location should be closed! The workers are completely incompetent and will lie to your face with a smile. The only thing they care about is making a sale. I was talked down to by two employees, which should NEVER happen by a major corporation. I understand you work on commission but at least show a little compassion and enthusiasm… My first unpleasant visit lasted me three hours at the store because they misunderstood their own calculations. Being told originally my bill would be a constant $ 175.00, I received a statement for over $ 500.00. STAYAWAY from their«free promotional items», it will bite you in the ass later on. My second unpleasant visit with this location lasted about 2.5 hours. Again… my bill my not what they promised. After much deliberating and recalculating with the manager and the sales associate(the one who sold us the package) we discovered he did his calculations wrong… The manager originally said we would have to pay what the«new» bill is. I highly disagreed and stayed until they changed it back to what we originally discussed on my FIRST visit. I am still paying higher than what was originally promised. This AT&T location is completely unprofessional and full of sales associates who only want money. If I could give them no stars, I would.

Have been to this location a few times the past several years. Disappointed with my last visit as they didn’t have either of the phones we wanted. They even suggested I go elsewhere which on one hand is helpful but also tells me they can’t control inventory/restocking. Not a good look and not something that will make me continue to have any loyalty to this location going forward. On a positive side, the staff here have always been patient and helpful but they have high turnover. Not sure why that is but just an observation.

I was lied to by this store. I went in for a simple upgrade, and a new phone. I was told that at&t no longer provides upgrade. My only option was to keep my phone, or go with the«Next» plan. I said I do not understand I have been an at&t customer for years. The gentleman proceeded to tell me that at&t had gotten involved in a bunch of lawsuits regarding the taxes not being payed on the«free» phones. He said that no matter what phone I pick I will have to pay for the retail price of the phone just like he had to. I figured he was telling me the truth and proceeded with this next plan. My bill in now over $ 250 a month for two people. When I got my bill I went with my brother in law who was looking into getting a new phone so we went together to the store. Again he told my brother in law that they don’t do upgrades. My brother in law, wiser that I told them to cancel, he bought his phone online and is now a metro pcs user. I was waiting to do the same, buy out my phone and than go to metro pcs, when I get this magical email about UPGRADES. Att does have upgrades!!!

Avoid avoid! Went in there to order an iPhone 6. The sales person assigned to me lacked professionalism. She kept complaining about all sorts of things that had nothing to do with me or my purchase. She also kept trying to get me to sign up for Att next when I clearly wanted to renew my contract(better deal for me) I ended up not going through with the purchase, only to leave the store to realize she deactivated the 3G service on my existing phone!!! Had to go back in and gave them reset all sorts of things to get my phone working. Never again.

I am standing in this store now. Came in just to buy a screen protector and when I walked in not one person acknowledged my existence. I waited a little then asked someone they said i have to wait til everyone else is helped. To buy a screen protector. Um ok. So I ask where can I sign in to make sure I’m next in line she says can’t help me. I agree with the other reviews. Complete unprofessionalism here. No system of order and the rudeness that came from this woman was unbelievable. Update: once I did finally get helped other people were also confused on what to do and she gave the same nasty attitude to them. She then proceeded to complain to me that people don’t have patience and«this isn’t mcdonalds drive thru.» Meanwhile it sounds to me like she’s the one who has no patience for people. Get a new job if you can’t talk to people with respect when you’re in a customer service related job. Jeez

A horrible experience. Total lack of professionalism by staff. They offer no «service», their only motivation is to sell you a new phone and extend your contract. They can not diagnosis any phone problems. You wait an excessive amount of time whether the store is full of customers or not. The staff has no interest in assisting customers. If I could get out of my contract I would in a heartbeat. I went down the road to Radio Shack in Bellerose on Jericho Turnpike and they took care of the phone diagnosis, fixed the problem and did not want to sell me anything. In the future I will always go to Radio Shack.

Have to agree. iPhone 5 has been out for exactly a month now and they don’t have any chargers, or even adapaters(to adapt your old iphone charger into an iphone 5 charger). Oh and they don’t answer the phone if you try to call ahead(which would have saved me the trip). Poorly run, stay away. Oh and one of the employees could barely pay attention to my question while he was busy texting.

This store is one to be avoided. The manager is unprofessional, lacking proper customer service skills. I went into the phone to buy a replacement charger for my phone. Needless to say I did not purchase anything from the store. I have filed complaint with AT&T headquarters. Stay away from this store if you value being respected as a paying customer.
