I wish I could give no stars. This was the most horrible dining experience I’ve ever had. I had to send my food back twice! Once for it being frozen cold in the middle and then the replacement food came out with a giant hair in it! The only thing they did was take 5 dollars off the bill. Horrible. I will never, ever go back.

There was nothing about this place that was good… save your money go somewhere else… The coney dog I had did not taste well such was dried out. The food comes out super fast so I’m wondering how fresh and how much love they put in their food. Waitresses seemed to know their favorites/regulars and this was our first lol

I ate here and was not impressed. I ordered breakfast, eggs, hash Browns, sausage. The sausage was burnt to a crisp! Im a cook and if I tried to serve sausage like that, my boss would have my ass. breakfast is the easiest thing to cook. Anyone can make a decent breakfast! Or so i thought. Will not go back, ever for any reason.

Eaten here a few times in lieu of the Genesee Valley food court. The breakfast menu is huge, and quite good. I’d also vouch for the sandwiches. As with a lot of diners, some of the other stuff is hit or miss depending on the day. Went in today with some family members for a light lunch. I ordered the potato soup with a fair bit of apprehension. I expected a cup of stiff gelatin-like cream and smallish hunks of spuds(I know, it’s horrifying, but so many restaurants ruin cream soup!) but was pleasantly surprised! The soup was loaded with potato, some whole pieces and some with a kind of mashed potato consistency, lightly seasoned so it had flavor but wasn’t salty. Highlight of my meal. Mom had a gyro which she enjoyed, and grandma finished off her coney-with-everything. Fries are good, and they don’t salt them so you can season to your preference.

Disappointing I went there for dinner yesterday with my sister. I have eaten here many times over the years and the food was ok — although, 9 times out of 10 I ordered the Club Sandwich. This time we were looking for something without a lot of carbs. Well, to start with we were seated and given menus and water. And we waited and we waited and waited. When we noticed a nearby table that was seated after us had already received their salads, we decided that no one was going to back to come take our order. I flagged down another waitress from across the room and she apologized profusely. My sister ordered the baked cod with a vegetable instead of potato, and I ordered the liver and onions with a vegetable instead of potato(and, no I am not 80 yrs old!) The salad bar had a few veggie options to add to a tossed salad, but it had several high fat salads. So if you want macaroni salad, potato salad, cole slaw, & pasta salad — then you will be happy. If you are looking to make a healthy tossed salad — you won’t be pleased. The waitress couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. She stopped by often and was very friendly. She more than made up for being ignored earlier. The food was just ok. The liver came in two pieces and was cooked properly, but one piece had lots of gristle and I couldn’t chew it at all. The other piece was fine. The vegetables were canned green beans — really??? Is that the best you can do? They were mushy and tasteless. My sister said the baked cod was bland and tasteless and her opinion of the green beans was the same as mine. Yuck. I suppose if you want breakfast or a sandwich of some sort, this is still a good place to go. But if you want a nice dinner, go on down the road. There are many other better choices. I’m giving it 2 stars because the waitress was so nice, but the food was a NO star.

get breakfast here a lot. super fast, friendly service. only weird part is the non-smoking section is a tiny room, yet they leave the door open so all the smoke comes in anyway.

I’ve been eating here since before I was born, and the food is still good after all this time. They make a great Flint-style Coney Island, and their chocolate malts are great, too. I also enjoy the fish and chips. The batter is always crispy — never soggy, and that is important(at least to me). Their menu is very extensive. Where else can you get hot dogs AND steak AND breakfast? Breakfast is great and served all day. If you go on Sunday, get the roast turkey sandwich special. Eating here is, for me, the next best thing to a home-cooked meal.
