I should have known better than to stop at a Starbucks in Flint. Believe me you can hold out ’till the next one. Worst Starbucks ever!!! Nasty lazy scowling baristas. Waited 20 minutes for a grande black coffee and a grande English breakfast tea with two Splenda’s. It must’ve been the two Splenda’s that confused them.

The best of the local area Starbucks. You get your order promptly, no matter how busy they are, and your order is always correct. Nice retail section, good displays, clean, good staff, no wait in the drive-thru. What’s better than hanging out with a book in one of their comfy chairs with a yummy latte or tea? They always have fresh pastry and they don’t leave dried out items in the display case for sale. That’s a plus. Their best concoctions– Shaken Passion Iced Tea Lemonade with a hint of sweetener, Pumpkin Spice Lattes, Hot Chocolate, Peppermint Mocha, Salted Caramel Lattes, and their Danish. And free Wi-Fi to boot!

This is a typical Starbucks but what I enjoy most about this location in the drive thru. Being able to get my coffee quickly with good service without getting out the car is great.

My rating isn’t so much a reflection of how awesome Starbucks is compared to other coffee joints(I’d much prefer local), but just a rating comparing this gig to other Starbucks locations. It’s quite small with limited seating, but it does have a drive thru and friendly service. Wifi has worked well during all my visits. If you’re on this side of town, the only other option for caffeine is Tim Horton’s. Biggbys, I welcome you to bring some competition to the coffee scene here!
