Guy working was overly friendly/​joking which was alright at first but got to be very obnoxious very quickly. We paid for our items and then shortly realized after going to another store that we had been charged wrong. We went back in and asked about our charges, and when we went back to the shelf we found that there were buy one get one free tags all around the items. The gentleman basically said «oh I’m sorry these expired yesterday», Pulled the tags down and threw them on the floor, walked us back up to the register and pretty much told us too bad. As someone who also works in retail, I found that to be very poor customer service. Since they were marked as buy one get one free they should have taken care of us right there. It’s a small enough store, I don’t think pulling tags on the proper expiration date should be that hard. I’ve been here other times when my wife or mom has needed things and the staff is usually friendly and knowledgeable, but this experience made me annoyed for the rest of the day.
