Black Tie Productions

I contacted Black Tie regarding DJ, photo booth and lighting services for an upcoming wedding. I was satisfied with their package and pricing and attempted to set up an appointment with them. Their availability and response time was concerning, culminating with a Friday phone call that went like this:
«We are available anytime on the weekend except for Friday and Saturday.»
«OK, Sunday then?»
«I will have to get back to you.»
I received the follow up call the next Tuesday, after I selected a competitor for a higher price that was worth the piece of mind. I get that it is wedding season and busy for them, however typically a business is going to be most responsive when they are trying to sell you, and it only gets worse from there. Maybe they are so busy they don’t need the work, but I doubt that based on the fact I received a second quote within hours of the first at a substantially reduced price.
I gave them two stars solely based on the fact that they were able to provide images of their lighting setup at my venue within their initial quote.
