I cannot begin to express how happy I am with the stunning engagement ring I received from my fiancé, which he purchased at Roman Jewelers. We have been long-​time customers, but they truly outdid themselves on this one!
The jewelry speaks for itself, and walking into the store is like a feast for the eyes. I never know where to look first! Roman Jewelers carries amazing pieces, which are not likely to be found at many other jewelry stores, from a variety of high end designers, not to mention their incomparable custom work…
As always, the atmosphere is friendly and attentive, without being over the top, and everyone receives top-​notch service, regardless of the price point in which you are shopping. Most importantly, the staff educates you about the jewelry you are purchasing, which is so important when making a major purchase like an engagement ring. It is very obvious that each and every member of the staff is extremely knowledgeable about the gorgeous jewelry they sell, and truly care about making sure that each customer winds up with a piece that will make them happy. Anyone that shops at Roman’s will be sure to return, with friends and family.

priscilla was such a fantastic sales rep. she is so knowledgeable and very professional. a great asset to roman jewelers! i will only deal business with Roman Jeweler’s there pieces are one of a kind incredibly made quality items. the store itself is very beautiful and can be a little intimidating but as soon as you see the very welcoming smile and personality of all the employee’s, you cant help but feel comfortable like they are one of your friends even. i will definitely be back for future purchases.

I absolutely love this store. My sister highly recommended this place to me a little while ago. After visiting many other stores in the area, I decided to check out their wedding bands with my fiancé. The have a great collection and their sales staff is so incredibly nice. They also had a great sale this past weekend and we were able to get my fiancé’s wedding band for free!
My sister says that they have all different kinds of promotional events, like the one I mentioned, throughout the year. About a month ago or something she said they had a great sale on remounts and she was able to remount a priceless, but deteriorating ring from her mother-​in-​law.
Anyways, this place is great. I will definitely be shopping there in the future. Ask for Priscilla – she was so helpful.

I recently went to Roman Jewelers in hopes that they would help me with a few older pieces of jewelry I had. They were pieces I had inherited along the way and I really didn’t like the designs. I was hoping to refurbish them, but after sitting down with Allyson, she helped me design a whole new ring, made up of bits and pieces of each piece I had brought in. Although I did not wear the jewelry, they were sentimental pieces that had been handed down. I was not ready to let them go, but the designs were jut not for me. She put her heart into making the ring of my dreams. She was so patient and did several sketches and variations so I could really picture what it would look like. I had never intended to custom create something, but I was so in love with the concept of being able to wear the special pieces, but in a design that represented me. I now own a gorgeous piece of jewelry. I can’t thank Allyson and the staff at Roman Jewelers enough for making my dreams come true.

I can’t say enough good things about Roman Jewelers. We purchased my engagement ring there (original round diamond and later upgraded to an emerald cut diamond) and I have had custom work done there twice now. Their diamonds are the most brilliant and sparkly around. I have recommended them to two of my friends who have also purchased their engagement rings there and also been thrilled. Jen, who is the manager for the Bridgewater store, is awesome.
My most recent experience though, completely blew me away. To make a long story short, I had purchased a Tacori setting online (a reset for my diamond from Roman) and when I received them, the rings did not sit flush… and the jeweler wouldn’t return my calls (mistake #1). I foolishly brought the ring to another jeweler in the area to have them modify the head so that they would sit flush (mistake #2). It looked terrible… the ring was completely butchered and the workmanship was awful. I brought it in to Roman and they were going to send it to Tacori for me to have the head replaced… It was going to be extremely expensive, over a thousand dollars. Before sending it out though, my saleswoman, Priscilla, suggested that we have their jeweler take a look at it and see what he could do. I didn’t have high hopes because the ring was in BAD shape. When she called me to say that the jeweler was able to rework it for me, I was hopefully optimistic, but thought, he’s not a magician, could it really look halfway decent.?? All I can say is, he is indeed a magician. WOW! The ring looks amazing!!! And, if you know anything about Tacori, you know how intricate their settings are. The rings are perfect and exactly what I hoped they would be from the beginning. Their jeweler is truly a master craftsman. If you are looking for any kind of custom work, don’t risk going to another jeweler who may not have the expertise to provide you with a breathtaking piece. Roman Jewelers WILL do it right for you.
And when you want your hubby to purchase you a diamond Michele watch for your anniversary, you can head right back to Roman. :-) They carry ALL of the best designers of jewelry and watches. Love them!

I definitely don’t know what that reviewer was talking about when they said the people working at Roman Jewelers are «as snobby as they come.» Seriously? Seems like you are pushing some kind of agenda for Gem Vault.
I’ve been a customer of Roman Jewelers (it began in Flemington and now I typically go to Bridgewater) for years. They were one of the few jewelers in this area I could find that carry Tacori. I’ve NEVER encountered any staff there who was not friendly and knowledgeable, in either of their stores.
They’ve been nothing but accommodating with my engagement ring. My fiancé spoke very highly of everyone in the Bridgewater store where he bought it. I would recommend them to anyone.

My boyfriend and I went into Roman’s on Saturday afternoon, at the recommendation of his ENTIRE family, who has been shopping with Roman and his staff for more than 20 years. We had previously been to two other jewelry stores in Hoboken, where we live, but were frustrated by the experience and inattention.
We had a GREAT time working with Yvonne and Allyson on our future engagement ring. Between looking at the amazing selection of rings and settings that were available, to then incorporating elements and ideas from what was in store and in pictures I had seen, we designed, what I know, will be my perfect ring.
My boyfriend, who is NOT a shopper, nor does he have much patience for indecisiveness, marvelled at how two hours had passed and he didn’t even realize it.
I highly recommend Roman Jewelers and I’m looking forward to all of our next steps in our ring building process.
