I went to purchase a grill today and being a single mom I am was watching my pennies. Mike, a manager, assisted me and explained all the different kinds to me and helped me make my purchase. When I asked how I would get it home he indicated they could deliver for 65.00. I felt that was rather expensive considering I live only a mile away. Mike handed his truck keys to another manager and asked him to please follow this customer home and deliver her grill. WOW. What great customer service! Such a nice gesture for this mom. And really appreciated.

Love this Lowes. The employees will always go out of their way to help you and even take you to exactly what you’re looking for. The store is not cluttered in the isles and it’s very well organized and well stocked. Customer service is slightly unorganized but it didn’t bother me that much. A little cold is all. I travel to this store an additional 15 miles because I refuse to do business with Home Depot anymore. Very happy with this Lowes.

I generally like Lowes better than Home Depot, but this location is my favorite. Pleople are helpful and it has a local feel to it. We’ll be spending a lot of time here this season(hopefully not the same amount of money)

Decent. They have a good management team. The assistant manager should be promoted to VP.

Went there to have our kitchen counter tops replaced with granite. Was helped by a woman named Mary Ann. She helped me lay out a basic template based on my measurements and then made an appointment for my husband and I to return on Sunday to double check everything, and place the order. Fast forward to that Sunday. We had to wait for almost an hour past our appointment time for Mary Ann to finally get to us. We went over the template, and in between Mary Ann yawning in our faces about twenty times, we paid for the project and even though we had a thousand questions, she was only able to answer some of them completely. She kept saying she wished someone was in the installation dept to help us. We left feeling a little confused. We paid for a new counter, a back splash removal and installation and were told that someone would be out to do a template, and at that time the price would be adjusted. Mary Ann assured us we would only be without a sink for a day or two and that we could cancel anytime for 100% back as long as the guys from the granite company didn’t come for a service call. If they did we would be charged no more than 100 dollars for the service call. The next day we get a call from the granite place and they say they are coming to do the installation that week. We tell them we needed a template and removal done first. He says he has no record of removal. We explain that the receipt we had specifies it was to be done by them. The guy tells us he’ll call us back. The next day, we get another call and the granite guy tells us he is going to come in and tear out the existing counters and then do the template. I tell him I was not told this is how the work was going to be done. He tells me that this is the only way they could get an accurate template. So here I am with no solid price and knowing this will only be figured out AFTER my counters are torn out? He then tells me we will be without a working sink for three weeks. WHAT? Then he tells me he does not see the back splash included in the price. I told him it was, but he said he could not see it on the plans Mary Ann submitted. So I told him to wait and I would call Lowes. Of course, Mary Ann is not in and the installation dept was completely confused. Two days later, I was still waiting for an answer. I wound up speaking to about five different people trying to help me resolve the issue. Each time, I had to explain the whole situation over again. I finally spoke to another guy in the kitchen dept who tells me something completely different than Mary Ann told us, including the fact that the service charge if the installer came would have actually been 300 dollars. I finally went to the store and cancelled the order. It was making me too nervous right from the start. The girl at customer service tells me she thinks there is a time period to cancel. I try to show her the policy on the papers I had, but it was as if she couldn’t read. After her finally calling someone over from the kitchen dept, they cancelled the order and refunded our money. We eventually went to flemington granite, got to pick out the actual piece of granite on their lot and it wound up costing less.
