Shop refused to abide by mfg steps for documenting defective part on my machine. Thus they did not have to repair my machine. The shop couldn’t show myself or the mfg proof that the part was or was not defective. In the end I went to pick the machine up and was hit with a $ 240 bill for labor which I was assured I wouldn’t happen when I dropped the machine with technician. So my machine didn’t get fixed and I’m out another $ 240. Stay away from these hacks.

Update: Two weeks after getting the bike, Flemington calls me to check if everything is going alright with my bike and if I had any questions or concerns and to thank me again for my business. Apparently these guys saw some of the old bad reviews and decided to up their game. Right on. I’ll definitely go back next time I’m in the market for a motorbike.

AWFUL! NOSTARS !! The customer service is non existent! The awful beast who answers the phones needs to be fired ! We wandered around the showroom for 15 minutes and no one acknowledged us ! Large pothole in front sidewalk is covered with a mat so you can break your leg on the way in or out ! We were looking to buy an quad/atv but NOTATTHISTERRIBLEPLACE !!

If you read the last review where it says hung up on customer, I would take that with a grain of salt. Actually they are not the best but they are def not the worst. Prices are a little high but overall fair and I was treated fairly. Enough so I order parts from them on a consistent basis, there are not a lot of dealers left out there that have a physical location so I try to support them.
