Horrible… I went to Brighter Dental to have my front teeth fixed. Never was it explained to me the CONS of having caps put on my front teeth. I am continuing to have problems and am so frustrated that I put my trust in them. One of my caps keep coming loose and now I am afraid my only option is going to be a dental implant at over a $ 4000 cost. The other tooth they neglected to do a root canal prior to capping and 3 month after my permanent cap was put on I had to have this done. Little did I know that to do this they broke the cap and fixed it with filling. They shuffle you between dentists and no one explains anything in detail. I have now spent thousands of dollars to fix these teeth and have moved on to a different dentist

Horrible. Went in for a broken tooth. Was told I would need a root canal and a crown, when there was no pain. Went to another dentist, and what had broken was aleady a crown. Brighter didn’t even recognize this, or chose not to tell me. No root canal needed. Stay away.
