This place is horrible! We were planning on buying a whole new house worth of furniture at this place. Ian told us he could get all kinds of discounts for us, and told my disabled husband that he would give him a military discount. Our money was fully refundable he says. But then Matt the manager told us we don’t get any of that and was very rude to my husband. I do not want to do business with people like that. He refused to give us our money back even after his employee told us differently! DONOTGOTHERE! Those people are snakes. And they sure as hell don’t have the best prices!

Note: They give away their wood palates for free if you need any for projecting. ;) This place is located right on US17 on Fleming Island. We found it because my wife saw somewhere that they give away their wood palates for free — so we stopped in one day to check it out. You park right in front of their building, go up a flight of steps and enter the warehouse — it’s one big room with a smaller room just off the back. They have a variety of furniture and brands — high and low quality alike. We didn’t inspect the furniture too closely because we were just there for the palates, but it looked decent overall. You could spend 30min-1hr looking at everything, or you could take a glance and feel that you may not want to buy furniture here… They do have cool looking adirondack chirs in front, though.

I saw a chest of drawers on the Internet for $ 170, I emailed through the website and didn’t get a response, so we drove out to the store on Saturday. I was told, you can’t get the internet price at the store and that I emailed incorrectly anyway. They offered to order the chest for me but it would take a couple weeks. If that had been the case we wouldn’t have driven out there. I needed a chest right away as my mom is coming to stay with us. They showed us one for $ 249 and I decided to take it, the salesman said it was«new» in the box. We got it home and the top drawer was broken in two and 3 of the drawers«tracks» were broken. I was very disappointed, we saw one somewhere else considerable cheaper but we would’ve had to put it together and this was supposed to be «new in the box». We had to almost put it together to do all the repairs that had to be done.

I will come back and do a full review once my situation has met some kind of resolution. Right now I feel like I’m getting the run around from the Regional Manager, Jason, who sold me and my wife a dining room set and an Ashley tv stand. The table was delivered damaged(one corner had clearly been dropped) which I didn’t realize until a couple days later when I got it put together. I called Jason,(who must sell quite a bit of furniture because he seemed to have a hard time remembering the couple who had just been in there exactly 2 weeks prior buying $ 1000+ worth of furniture) who informed me I would need to get him some pictures of the damage(there also finish issues that my wife found on most of the chairs). Mid afternoon of the same day(Saturday), I sent him several pictures of the issues I’d explained to him. Never heard back from him the rest of the weekend. At 2:00pm on Monday(a full 48 hrs later), I finally called Jason again to see if he’d received my email. He then proceeded to check his emails, at which point he said he didn’t. I confirmed the email address( ), and I did send it to the correct address, so I’m not sure how he didn’t get it. However, I told him I would hang up, send it again and call him back shortly. At 5pm I called again, and Jason told me he normally checks emails in the mornings, he had 5 or 6 people(presumably customers) and then told me he would get back to me. It’s now 9:15am on Tuesday and I’m still waiting to hear back from him. I’m sure I’ll be calling him, and I half expect him to tell me again that he hasn’t received my email at which point I’ll have to drive down there and physically show him the pictures and try to get some sort of satisfaction. They don’t do returns, so the best I can hope for is that he’ll abide by his word and credit us the cost of this table towards the cost of the Ashley table that my wife wanted to begin with.
