I had an amazing lunch at this classy Indian restaurant. The waiters were so kind, friendly and cordial. The food was amazing! The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was so nice. There was such great flavor. I will be back very soon.

I need to say how disappointed I was with our meal. I have eaten Indian food in many, many states and have never had such bland food. I’m not talking about heat – there was zero flavor in the masala sauce. I had sooo hoped it was good but it was a huge miss for me.

I have never had a bad meal here. The food is amazing, service is awesome and the people who work there are very kind and attentive. I’ve eaten at many different Indian places and this one is the best. Only problem is that I didn’t have room for dessert :)

This is by far my favorite Indian restaurant. I love Indian food and the food here is amazing. Our usual orders the lamb vindaloo, garlic and spinach naan and the chicken biryani. Today we tried something different, their lamb kedai and custard and it was out of this world.

We ordered take out from here for a work lunch. They even delivered it. It was delicious. All the sauces were yummy and the naan fantastic. Portion sizes for takeout were a bit small for the prices but overall food was very good. We really liked all the sauces that came with our entrees.

This is an amazing restaurant. Clean and relaxing atmosphere and décor. The wait staff is VERY responsive and cordial. Our waiter was Vineet who added so much to the whole experience! Knowledgable, VERY funny, but at the same time very professional. There was something delicious for everyone in our party, even for my 13-​year-​old son. Highly recommend this great find!

Food was good, but change the name of your restaurant. Your menu have only Punjabi food it’s only a Punjabi restaurant. «Taste of India» with this name everyone might think you will serve Indian food but you are serving only Punjabi food, only one region food. So please either change your restaurant name or change dishes in your menu. It was very disappointing.

My friend and I went here yesterday for dinner. We were looking on Unilocal for places to eat, and Taste of India had good reviews. The person at the front was very nice and accommodating since I had a stroller. He continued to have a very welcoming personality throughout our whole time there. He outshone the other workers easily. I ordered the regular naan and chicken tikka masala. Naan was good, and my entrée was pretty good. It lacked something though, some flavor that I can’t put my finger on. I thought it was a bit pricey at $ 15 for the chicken tikka masala and $ 3 for plain naan. Maybe the lunch menu is better priced. My friend enjoyed her food also but said she should have ordered it spicier. It’s hard to pick a spice level when going to a place for the first time though. Their spicy might be way spicier than other places, so you kinda have to tread carefully. She said she would go back.
I’d definitely go back just for the service because the host was so friendly. I also want to try the lunch buffet at some point.

AMAZING FOOD! My husband and I came for dinner and we were so impressed with the service and food, especially their in-​house made bread! The gentlemen who waited on us was very friendly and knowledgable about the menu and was attentive to us throughout the meal. Definitely a Taste of India!

Awesome place. I think I must have tried everything in here and it makes it so hard to choice every time. Every dish is full of flavor that’s probably why I love there buffet so much because you get to try it all. Their Chicken Tikka Masala is by far the best if tasting in NJ/​NY area that would be my go to dish there. Definitely recommend this to everyone.

Excellent Northern Indian cuisine. We started with the Mango Shrimp appetizer which was quite tasty. Our entrees took a little longer than usual to come out but once they did, they did not disappoint. My wife had her favorite Indian recipe, Chicken Tikka Masala. I had the spicy Shrimp Nargisi in a coconut cream sauce which I used the Garlic Naan to sop up every last bit of sauce. My wife took her leftovers home and we left more than satisfied. We look forward to being back!

Yay! I’m a fan. My meal was delicious! I ordered the Aloo Gobhi Palak, which the menu says is fresh cauliflower, potatoes, and spinach, cooked with tomatoes, ginger and seasoning. It came with rice and I also ordered a side of naan. Yum, yum, yum. The sauces that came with the meal were very interesting and tasty too.
Oh, and the customer service was great! Very nice men working there when I placed my order for carry out. My meal was ready within just 10 or 15 min. too. No complaints. Go to this restaurant if you live/​work/​visit this area!

Amazing indian restaurant! It’s inside a shopping complex so it is pretty hidden so I am glad we found this place!
I love the chicken tikka masala! after my husband and I had it one day for lunch we brought my inlaws and they loved it! I love the garlic naan and the chicken tikka masala. I also live the tandoori chicken!
Not only is the food great but the owner, well I’m not sure if he owns it but he is the main guy that we see running everything. He is pretty young but so sweet and friendly, he made the experience so much better!
Can’t wait to visit soon
