Very poor service installing our washer. The delivery people clearly did not know how to properly do the installation, and crimped the discharge hose. We asked them to come back and install it correctly but they would not replace it to the specs. When we spoke to the owner, he was very dismissive of our concerns, and did not adequately fix the problem his employees created. We have since had a flood because of the improper installation. We will never go back to this store under any circumstance. There are many better options nearby, like Lowe’s or home depot. We try to shop small businesses to support the local community, but in cases like this choose a competent option instead.
