I need to start at the beginning… Friday, May 29^th myself, my mother & 2 sisters left Riverside, CA and drove to Williams, AZ. We arrived at our hotel and I proceeded to get the keyring for my scooter and lift. I realized that the keys had been left in the key dish at home. Momentary panic set in as I was envisioning my attempt at walking the South Rim at the Grand Canyon. I looked at the time (6:25pm) and «searched» my smartphone for mobility dealers. The 1^st place I called was Vista & John (the owner) answered the phone. I don’t know if my out of state number made him answer, but thank God he did! I told him the situation and he told me that he wasn’t open or in the office but that he’d call me right back. OMG!!! He really called me back! He had a client that had my same scooter. I had to drive 30min (each way) to get a copy of the key, but it was worth it! Not only did I get the key but the employees at CAL Feed (where I met the gentleman for the key) made sure I had a wrench to manually operate the lift! John was an angel that made our mini vacation possible. I have MS (multiple sclerosis) and walking on flat land for extended periods can be difficult. I NEEDED the scooter & John made it possible. What John didn’t know was that I lead MS support groups in 2 major CA cities. I will recommend Vista to EVERYONE!!! Excellent customer service!!! Thank you!
