TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer

Great customer service. Worked with Steven and he helped us with our new purchases and explained our bill. We actually walked out paying less per month. He was very courteous and professional and we even had a good time. This was the best ‘Verizon’ interaction we have ever had.

The worst customer service. They had my phone for ten days, and never called to notify me. Then the sales associate didn’t know how to set the phone up, and she blames Apple… lastly, she entered my name incorrectly when I originally purchased the phone (I gave her my drivers license when she registered me), and it took her an hour to correct that when I came by to pick it up. The best part? The sales associate tried to blame me for giving her the wrong name, lied telling me she called when the phone arrived (she admitted it was only once and that she didn’t leave a VM… so yea), and then blamed Apple because she could figure out how to activate the phone. Save yourself a lot of time and hair; go to a corporate store.

I went in on the day the new iPhone 6s came out looking for the plus 64 gig. Just went in to ask if they had it in and the guy in there told me no, that it didn’t even come out until October 7^th. It’s so great when skeezy sales men tell you lies like this that are so easily verifiable. I even repeated him, and asked are you sure? And he lied again! It’s actually funny. All so he can try to make a pitch on getting me to buy the normal 6s right then. Don’t go here! Actually, it’s best if you just go to the normal Verizon store. These retailers are generally terrible places with crappy liar salesmen.

Had excellent customer service, with the situation on my phone bill. All issues were resolved quickly, efficiently and to my satisfaction. Would recommend this company, TCC. Had excellent results dealing with Steven and sales manager, Curtis.

Just got my new Samsung note from them. One of the managers, I believe his name was Kurtis, helped me out. He was super helpful and answered all my questions. I had no idea what phone I wanted when I got there and he explained all my options a couple times over to help me choose. I definitely recommend this location.

Do not go here. I went in, made a deal and ordered a droid turbo. Was supposed to be there Tuesday at the latest. 5 pm Tuesday rolls around and no word on the phone so I go in. Apparently the «warehouse» was out and my order wasn’t even taken so they knew the days before and no call. The offer was «we can place the order again» they didn’t think there would be any phones for a while and had no answers for me. I left for the route 66 store. Way nicer staff, way better deals, go there!
