I am a dentist in Flagstaff whose practice is located in a 100 year old building. While remodeling the building, we contacted Superior Windows for new shades. The shades done are exceptional and their service is as well. We would definitely recommend them!

They won’t honor their warranties. Poor quality shutters. Spent over $ 13,000 on rolling shutters and one of them stopped working. I called the company and they said they will not help us because we are in Las Vegas and they no longer work the Vegas area. The shutters are not even 2 years old and it’s already malfunctioning. When we purchased the shutters in 2014, we were told that they had a lifetime warranty. Found out the warranty is only as good as the company! Beware!

Kelsey and Superior Window Fashions was great to work with. I needed window treatments for a brand new home. I was a novice to window treatments and needed lots of advice. Kelsey came out immediately with tons of samples. Her recommendations were perfect and look and work great in my house. The installers were timely and did great work. Shortly after the window treatments were installed I had out of town family over and they loved the window treatments so much they bought the same ones!

I tried to do business with this company but it just didn’t work. Issue one is when the salesman told us we would have sun screens made and installed in 11 days and that their rep would be out the next day (Friday) to make final measurements. Friday came and went, no measurements, no call. Monday I called to find out why measurements were not taken. That was followed up by a call from Superior’s contractor person who is supposed to take care of measuring and screen fabrication. He informed us that he would not be able to measure our windows until that Friday, 8 days after we were told it would happen. In the meantime, Superior’s office charged me the second time for the 50% payment. Our measurement appointment for the coming Friday again did not happen. A call from the rep informed us that he would not be able to measure our windows until the following Monday and denied he made a commitment to be on site that Friday. He also stated that he did not know our address because he could not read the paperwork received from Superior’s office. So after 8 days and being charged twice for their 50% payment requirement, I have nothing but broken promises. I cancelled the order and requested that credit card charges be reversed. That still has not happened. In my experience, this is a company to avoid.

We met Jared at the Phoenix home show while looking for a retractable awning for our patio. We live in Sedona in a home with many windows and a patio that faces the west. For about four hours every summer day, our patio and Arizona room were totally unusable because of the heat. We set an appointment and were most impressed when Jared showed up early, made perfect recommendations for our situation and was very professional. When installation time came, again the crew was right on time, handled the installation with care, explained the operation of the awning and were totally professional putting us ease. This is a well rounded organization, taking pride in their work and their reputation. We highly recommend them

We got several quotes for the cellular blinds we were wanting. We wanted top quality so we we were searching for hunter douglas. SWF had exactly what we wanted AND at the best price in town. They were quick, professional and did a great job! We love our blinds and would definitely recommend SWF to anyone!!!
